I will go here before I go to Home Depot or Lowes. The staff are so helpful that I hate to go anywhere else.

1. Mills River seems to have a better selection than other Ace stores.
2. Mills River inventory (check the website to see if something is in stock) has been correct when my local Ace store is not.

They have professional, knowledgeable, and friendly staff and crew. Great selection of unique products and a convenient location. Highly recommended.

Only been once to have a key made but it was perfect service. I have no complaints.

This is a great store filled with friendly, helpful people. With the help of the manager, Paul, I got a pretty complicated order filled at the right price in less time than it took me to try and fail online. Go to The Hub and ask for help and you'll find they are very generous with their time.

We had been to another Ace Hardware to purchase a packaged Stihl battery operated chainsaw (includes battery and charger) and they were charging for the battery and charger separate from the saw. We went to this Ace location and Paul was wonderful, he didn’t have it in stock but found an Ace in Candler with the chainsaw. The Candler Ace had it waiting for us at the register when we arrived. We returned to the Mills River Ace and purchased the Stihl battery blower. Our customer service experience at this location was excellent!

This store is always clean and it's easy to use the app to find out what they have and don't have. The staff is always friendly and a huge help. And usually it is a breeze getting in and out of there even when they're busy.

Wow, customer service was crazy awesome. I think lowes has set a Lowe bar, but I had knowledgeable service by 2 employees. How awesome is that. Not to mention its just down the road. I'm glad to continue to support these individuals.

I like the store and their personnel. It is clean store and you can tell it is kept clean. I purchased a stihl blower and the blower was cranked and ran before I paid. It can be serviced at this location. Good place to trade with. Also received one pack of gas mix for my purchase of another pack when you first buy machine.

Super friendly staff. Everyone I encountered tried to help me with my bizarre projects. Jerry was especially helpful and patient with me. Give that man a raise! I would rather shop at this particular Ace than any of the ones closer to me. Outstanding store and customer service.

I love personalized attention. And in Mills River gives me that. The ace stores are a bit smaller than lowes or home depot's massive stores, but since I don't usually need lumbar that is no problem for me. They always have what I need, and everyone is so friendly and helpful. This Ace also supports the local community and has great popcorn when you come in the store. Great place!

Ace is a friendly place to shop. Always someone there ready to help. I bought a flag today. The gentleman helping me was very helpful and just plain nice. I definitely buy what I can from them.

I was pleased to find this hardware store was well stocked and had exactly what I needed for work. (6 volt battery for exit sign)

The only place we will ever go ever again for propane fills between the already good price and the punch card. We went on 11/11/2018 at around 1 pm and didn't catch anyone's nametag or we would be mentioning them, but they were the best staff anyone could have ever hired. Professional, smiling, personable, lovely people.

My wife and I love this place. Employees are very helpful and merchandise is always available for good prices. Convenient location too.
