This was my first time here. Chris was absolutely amazing. He took his time with Me my Wife and Son. He answered all my questions and concerns. He made are experience a wonderful one. He was very knowledgeable and made us very comfortable. We ended up purchasing a Z720 Zero Turn with the 54 inche deck I couldn't be any happier with our purchase. Always excellent service from their service dept. You call them and get a live person each time not a voice mail. so you know instantly when you can get repairs. The service manager Johnny Jones is always friendly and happy. He instantly understands your problem and tells you what he can do. Best of all he keeps his promise and repair time generally always beating the due date he gives you. I drive 1 hour and ten minutes right by other dealers to get my Deere serviced by Meade in Mills River.

Chris helped us with a tractor comparison and did a great job of explaining the pros and cons of implements we were looking at. Very helpful and honest. Hope to complete a purchase if all goes well.

I would give Meade Tractor 10 stars if it was possible. Because I was delayed because of mechanical, road construction and weather, I didn't expect to be off loaded when I arrived after receiving hours. They are a perfect example as to why I love delivering to John Deere companies. Keep up the great work!

Outstanding dealership - great service. No pressure sales and they treat you like family. I bought my X530 with numerous attachments there, and got a great deal. Tractor was all set up for me - and everything was delivered to my house for free!

My 2004 John Deere LT180 with 390 hours use was not running due to sitting unused for over two years. I had always done routine maintenance with the LG195 kit once or twice a year, but never had attempted carburetor disassembly and removing the fuel tank for inspection and cleaning. Started to do the job myself, but was concerned about getting part of the way through and then needing help. Called Meade Tractor and they picked up and returned my mower that now runs like new and will likely see many more years of use. Meade also performed routine maintenance, replaced belts, and repaired the hood that had broken at one of the hinges... all for a very reasonable price. These people are very good and I recommend them when the maintenance may be more than you want to take on yourself.
