Big Lots

Justin in the furniture department was awesome! He helped us with everything we needed and was extremely nice. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, except when we came to pick up the furniture. Justin wasn’t there unfortunately so everyone that helped load the furniture was very rude except the little young guy. The young guy was amazing but the women (two of them) were so rude that I wouldn’t buy anymore furniture from there if you paid me. You would think after spending $4000 they would want your business in the future. Those two women just lost anymore business from us for sure.

I had the best experience working with Justin in the furniture department. He went above and beyond to assist my husband and myself. He answered all of my questions (and I asked about every piece of furniture there😂) with patience and never made us feel rushed!
So if you need some furniture from BigLots he is the guy to ask for, in my opinion, I know I will ask for him every time.

They were sooo short handed, my hubs and i was lookin for a couch. And as short staffed as they were, because the suit we wanted was out of stock...(they only had the display), but the lady assisting us found one at the store in the next county over ..
They were really friendly, and were trying so hard to satisfy us... i was really happy with our visit! And we got the suite we wanted...

The employee's at this biglot's have always been super helpful and nice. The store is always clean. Iv bought several item's over the year's here with no complaint's and have not ever had to return any item's.

Always has great deals. The story feels more "home towny" than others I've been to.

Big Lots is my favorite place to shop. Friendly associates and clean store, the items I look for are always on the shelves.

Best place there is to buy furniture on a budget, Caleb is an asset to big lots, really helpful, if he dont have it he will figure something out, you cant beat their prices or customer service hometowns folks
