Bojangles

First off, one of the cleanest restaurants I’ve ever eaten. They were very fast as well. But most importantly, Ms. Peggy is a fantastic person and employee for you guys!! She was so sweet and got the order perfect. All smiles from her and all smiles from me too.!! Pay that lady.

All I can say is ask for Peggy. She knows how to talk and serve your customers better than anyone at my business. I would love to steal her from you but not sure if she’d like to change oil. Her smile is contagious!

My friend and I are students with no car. Although it was frustrating to see that the dining room was closed… I had an idea. I’d just walk through the drive thru and see if they let me order. Turns out the dining room was closed because it was two guys running the whole place. Understandable, honestly. They were absolute real ones and let us order in the drive thru on our feet. And the food was good too. Up to the Bojangles standard. Shoutout to those two guys. You’re legends.

I live going in when Neil is the cashier. I can be having a horrible morning but he makes everyone at the register smile or even laugh.

This was the BEST BOJANGLES IVE EVER HAD!!!! 🔥🔥🔥🔥ordered a 3 piece thigh combo and the chicken was juicy crunchy spicy delightful!

Kudos to the amazing staff who helped me out today, with a special shoutout to Amir and Bella! You two rocked with your speedy and warm service. Big thanks to the whole team for elevating my experience to awesome levels.

Went through the drive thru at 6:58pm on a Friday and inquired about a 20pc tailgate...we were feeding 10 people. Was told they didn't have enough chicken for a tailgate at that time. I offered to wait if need be and was told "we are not allowed to drop anymore chicken for the night". Ummmm ok so what are you going to do until you close at 11??? Called the other store 3 times no answer, which I can understand...everybody is busy and short staffed right now. Went to KFC, they had everything I needed already ready and it was roughly $25-$30 cheaper than what I have been paying at Bojangles. And everything was fresh! I love bojangles but this experience upset me.

The employees here are friendly, responsive and make some darn good chicken and fixings. Glad it's just up the hill, just 1.7 miles.

Understaffed like everyone else, but they did a great job at 6 am. Quicker than expected. Order was correct and the person at the drive-thru was friendly.

The service was amazing and the cashier in the morning is like a breath of fresh air. I went in for coffee this week and once last week in the morning my office is in walking distance. After the remodel I had a few visits that left a lot to be desired but it looks like they have final hit their stride.

This is one of the best Bojangle's I have ever been to. It's always very clean - even the bathrooms - and the service is stellar. Everyone is so nice and Ms. Peggy is an absolute wonder! She's genuinely caring and does her best to make you feel worthy no matter what. Definitely give this a try - the food is always good too!

Great food, friendly staff, reasonable prices, and best of all it is consistently less busy than Mcdonalds and Wendys!

It is a recently decorated and a nicely done store. The cashier was exceedingly Pleasant. The service was fast. The food was well done and tasty as always. It really doesn't get much better than Bojangles for breakfast.

This is the best Bojangles around! I particularly like their ham biscuits and Cajun chicken biscuit. The staff is extremely friendly. There is one particular lady who works early mornings and she just gives a wonderful start to my day. She's upbeat, friendly, and just a great person.

One of the few fastfood places we will eat at in Boone. The one on 421 is our go-to. We have always had great service. It's good for a random picnic day.
