I've had several great experiences in this store. I am grateful to have a place in town that recycles ink catridges and electronics. They have always been friendly when I needed help with something. I needed a laptop charger, bought a universal one, and when it wasn't compatible I brought it back to return it and they helped me put it neatly back in the box, which was pretty challenging.

This girl who was working helped me so much with a really complicated thing and was so so nice about it. i’ve never left a review before but she was so helpful i just had to<3

I came in for an Amazon return and the gentleman helping me was most polite and most helpful. I believe his name was Melvin or marvin. The next time I go I will have a list for Staples.

Excellent print department. I drop my stuff off a few times each month and always impressed. Julie and the staff are great. I wish I got the associate's name today. Second time he waited on me and always accommodating.

I don't normally write reviews but I was genuinely impressed by Staples in Boone. I spoke with Brittanie I believe who processed my order for a very specific custom greeting card. She was very helpful and showed me all of my options. The order was quality checked by Joel and the cards look better than expected. Thanks and God bless!!

My roommate's cat went missing and when we went to print out flyers, Maggie in the print center was beyond helpful. She was so sweet and genuinely concerned about our situation, and our flyers came out looking absolutely perfect. Fast, fabulous customer service.

I have shopped at the Staples location in Boone NC for 20+ years. Have never had a bad or unpleasant experience. High quality school and office supplies. g
Great store.

I just recently visited this location and the staff was so helpful to me. I had to get my Honors Thesis printed and the girl express printed it for me in less than 15 minutes! Seriously so helpful and mindful of your time and when you need things done.

I have found this store's staff, and particularly the Copy Center and Computer manager, very friendly and helpful. For a store located in a college town, the manager has chosen her staff well. My wife and I enjoy shopping at this location.

Great office supply and school supply store perfect for all the surrounding middle, elementary, and highschools, along with Appalachian State students and faculty. Love the office supplies and even snacks you can get here. They have furniture, electronics, and repair services.

Brad, in the copy center is a very polite and most helpful young man. They need more like him! Was in last week and although they were extremely busy, he took the time to help me with a difficult project!

It's small compared to most other Staples, but I gave it a high rating because the staff was so polite and helpful!

They always get my print job done hours in advance, even during their busiest seasons. Great place for cheap, quality printing in Boone.

Since Staples left my town I come here for school supplies. It is SOOOOO boring but the products are well worth the money and 45 minute drive.
