Deep gap food lion! What a great place to shop. Clean and always full of whatever I need. I go out of my way to shop at this food lion for the wing bar , such a variety! Helpful and kind employees makes a huge difference when I'm shopping for groceries this is my go to for all my needs 💓

A very convenient grocery store on the edge of town offering a decent selection of products. Shoppers can find essentials and some specialty items. Prices are competitive, but the store may lack some organic and gourmet options. Staff is very friendly, making it a solid choice for everyday shopping.

Good foodlion. They can't seem to keep many people for long, I don't think foodlion treats their employees like people. As a customer standpoint though, it's really the only grocery store I go to.

Conveniently located by the old family home for us, so we don't have to drive all the way into town if we don't want to. They're not going to have everything in the world, but they sure will have enough to get you by. The staff were friendly and helpful, the store was clean and stocked.

Low prices and friendly service. I highly recommend the Boone, N.C. store and also the nearby Blowing Rock store. Both are on Blowing Rock Rd. and not very visible from the highway. Blowing Rock Rd. is also HWY 321/221 and is the connecting road between Boone and Blowing Rock. I get a very good deal on Virgil's sodas. It's $5.50 for a 4 pak it's a specialty soda and goes for $6.50 at other grocery stores. Great deal.

Great sales. Great stock. Different items. Love their fresh tortilla chips!

Incredible selections of vegitarian food and so many different selections of great food that I don't find anywhere else often! The prices are also really nice affordable, not the cheapest place on all items but one of the cheapest affordable places outside that! Pretty good help the cashier I had was a little stiff and I had to bag my own drinks because he never offered to but other than that still a great experience shopping with them and was easy to bag my own drinks thanks to the bags at the end of the check out counter so that's a good addition. I'd definitely refer a friend to shop here and will shop there again myself!

My wife shops here whenever we visit our friends in the area. She is very particular about prices, cleanness, and attitude of the staff. Although the prices are higher than in the lowcountry, it all seems to pass her high standard of expectations. So, I must give it 5 star review.

I love shopping here, they have so many choices. And the staff is always very nice and helpful. They always make me feel welcome and like I'm getting special treatment just because I'm pregnant. Love them!

As Food Lions go, this is a great one. Plus it's the only one in Boone. Plus it's the one that's most convenient to us. 😁

Seriously though, the staff is great, the check out is easy, and the stock is far above the norm. Prices compared to Lowe's, or Harris-Teeter are extremely competitive. IMO, go here first.

My selection, fair prices. A relatively small selection of deli / bakery items. But it is more than adequate.

I've always loved the Food Lions that are in Boone. The prices are great and the staff is absolutely wonderful. These grocery stores are definitely the best ones of Boone. These are the stores we do most of our shopping and will continue to do our shopping.

Best Food Lion store I've ever shopped in. Old hwy 421 in Boone, NC. Very clean and well stocked prices are better than other supermarkets in the area to.

Very clean store nice helpful employees I used the restroom it was clean had plenty of bathroom tissue and soap I liked the store also because employees wore mask and most of the customers wore mask very fast to get in and out had plenty of registers open which helped make paying easy they have propane tanks for sale or exchange for propane grills for cooking outside the also sold firewood I noticed great store would recommend

I try to stop at this store every time I am in Boone. Very clean and nice wide aisles.

Better than Walmart everyday all day any day. Just wish this place would start growing like Walmart has.... This place sponsored a skatepark. Food lion is a good energy

This is MY grocery store for so many reasons but one of my favorite things is the way they put all fridge related items in a different colored plastic bag. When I get home I know which bags are for the fridge and pantry. I love it!!!

The shelves were stocked and we were able to find what we needed. Except skim milk. Nobody has skim or 1% milk. The store is always clean and the staff is friendly.
