GNC

I had a really good experience visiting this store over the weekend. I typically will only go in when I've been mailed a coupon from GNC . For some reason using this coupon usually irritates the cashiers, I have no idea why. Thankfully though at this visit Joshua was working and he was not only nice but very helpful at assisting me with the bars I was looking for. He repeatedly went out of his way to help me in just that one visit. I was very impressed with his customer service. He should be training other retail employees on customer service because he exhibited more than most retail mangers I've come into contact with over the years. Kudos to you Joshua!

The manager is absolutely phenomenal! Very educated! Would highly recommend!

GNC is very pricey, but it always has been. Thankfully, they are willing to price-match if you mention it. This means you can pay the same price and get it immediately and don't have to pay for shipping and wait for delivery. Sure, the sales associate can be pushy and try to get you to purchase more things than you need, but if you go in there understanding exactly what you want, and the price you expect, you will be leaving happy.

The employee working has always been very friendly when I go in and they’re open. However, I’ve tried going there multiple times during business hours and they’re closed.

Three stars because the customer service is good (when open) and it’s likely due to difficulty finding employees.

I'm getting really tired of coming to the mall expecting to go into GNC and it never fails.... it's always closed. From my understanding, in speaking with other stores in the mall, she (the manager) clocks in, opens the gates, turns the lights on, puts the sign out and then just closes the gates and leaves for hours... that's no way to run a store. I use to love this place, but now I'm just very disappointed. So if you need to go to GNC at all, don't waste your time, it's probably closed.

I came to GNC around 11 looking for something and told the associate I would be back, he informed me that he was covering for his manager and she was coming in at noon. I got back in at 12:30 and the gates are down. It's now 3:30, gates are still down. I guess the manager decided to take the day off. After talking to another store in the mall, seems like she is never there and that store stays closed more than they are open. Definitely do not waste your time driving here cause it's more than likely closed any way...

4:00pm on saturday. hours says they are open. called multiple times and waited for 30 minutes. nothing. CALL BEFORE YOU GO.

i’ve always loved this store and could go at any time of their hours and often see different people working. the past week or so i’ve tried to go in at different times and they have been closed. no answer to phone calls either.

Every time I come to the store it's closed, sign saying be back in 5 minutes but they don't come back. Need to have store open in the middle of the day when it's busy.

Like many other reviews, the gates are commonly closed when they are supposed to be open. 4PM on a Saturday and they are closed.

This is crazy. Its after 2 o'clock on a Saturday and GNC is not open. Not sure what's going on because this location is only open a couple days a week. Don't depend on them for your nutrition needs

I've been trading at this store for years,two Saturdays in a row now not open at 11:30am, have they gone outta business.
