I am so happy with Emily Hicks who worked with us to get us into our Ram truck. She listened to our needs and had everything ready for us when we arrived. I have never been so happy with a car buying experience.

Recently I had great buying experience with Boone Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership. Issac Garcia gave excellent customer service from the first time we met. He made sure I chose the best Jeep 4XE for me, a retired lady wanting a Jeep hybrid vehicle with little knowledge of the technology. He answered all my questions and if he didn"t know the answers, he got answers from his colleagues. He was not a high pressure salesman like you find at some car dealerships. His former record holding football experience as a running back for Furman University and also his service in the US Navy as a diesel mechanic transferred to his sincere desire to help his customers. Also much prsise to Chase Mclean for answering questions about Jeeps, best protections, warranties, finance options, etc. As a longtime owner of Jeeps and 10 year employee at Boone CDJR, his advice was invaluable. And also much praise to Charles Beaulieu, finance manager, for advice given on my new Jeep Sahara 4XE as he also was a longtime owner of Jeeps and in particular owned a 4XE wrangler Jeep. Kudos to the whole Boone CDJR team, as they were all very knowledgeable and helpful. Looking forward to the fine service I know I will receive from them in the future.

I definitely recommend Emily at CDJR of Boone! I just bought a 2021 dodge charger this weekend. We ran into a couple bumps in the process but with her she made sure everything went as smooth as possible. She communicates and explains everything thoroughly!
