I purchased a sterling silver chain for a special pendant Belk has a good sale in store or own line when I got home I felt uncomfortable with the lobster clasp and took it back to exchange it for another one just like it customer service was very helpful and helped me find the one I was looking for they have a great sale right now I think sterling silver is 65 percent off pretty much everything in the store seemed to be own sale if you are looking for a present for a special mom in your life I would check out belks sales at Boone mall Boone North Carolina

Caroline was the associate that rang up my purchases yesterday. She had a big smile and was helpful in offering what discounts were available . She went the extra mile and found a bandaid for me when my dry, over hand sanitized hangnail started bleeding. That’s customer service. Thank you !

Belk is a mainstay in NC. Always clean and uncluttered. Displays attractive. Calm and quiet atmosphere. Reasonable prices and great sales. Quality merchandise and courteous sales staff.

I have moved away from Boone, cross country, to California. When I return to NC, one of the things to which I look forward and which I most enjoy is to shop at Belk's there. The people have always been kind, friendly, and helpful. Belk's in Boone will always be my favorite shopping place!
