Great customer service! Sophie was so helpful during the snowstorm with freezing pipes and even getting a car unstuck. It was reassuring to know someone was there to help! Especially when they were as kind and helpful as she was.

I recently had an amazing experience with Gigi from the office! She was kind, professional and very informative. She made sure to answer all my questions and I could see her smile through the phone!! She made a welcoming impression!

This is a great place to live the college lifestyle. Sollei and the other staff members have always been helpful with anything I needed.

I have lived at the cottages for a full year now and have just renewed my lease again. I cannot say enough great things about the maintenance team, management and my cottage. When I was looking for places to live, I heard not great things about the cottages and was nervous. But either they were completely false or the cottages has stepped it up immensely!!! The team here is so kind and so helpful. Always so so quick to help and so kind to you if you are kind to them. I am so excited to be living here another year!

Cotteges of Boone has a unique and exciting environment. It is the epicenter of college life. Pool parties, house parties, block parties, you name it. The staff is friendly and they host a plethora of events for residents.

I love it here! Honestly the best place I could’ve lived! My view is great, the amenities are great! Love it love it love it!!

A great student housing complex in North Carolina. I’ve never been to the state before staying here, and it was a a great way to get immersed in the local culture. One of the workers, Chase, was really helpful in getting me set up for cross-state travel.
