AT&T Store

We have been coming to this location for over 15 yrs. It’s the only at&tstore I trust when setting up new phone plans . Louie did a great job and made our upgrade to an iPhone 15 pro seamless and quick!!he even helped us pick out accessories. All our questions about rebate and pricing were answered. The phone works great . I highly recommend this store over others in the area. There is virtually no wait and you are greeted the minute you walk in.

I brought my 12 year old son in for his first phone. I've been to a few AT&T stores and it took forever. The lady that helped us was AWESOME. So helpful. We were in and out really fast even with a walkthrough of setting up the phone. She was 5 star all the way.

Huge Shout out to Josh at your McKinney AT&T Store at 1681 N Central Expy. I lost my phone and he was incredibly helpful in helping with looking for a new phone. He went above and beyond to try all options to find my original and viola! Success!! He put the customer above the sell and has earned himself a grateful customer for life. I'll be buying my next phone (very soon!) and any other AT&T services my family needs from him. Super team at this location that truly cares about their customers.

An absolute wonderful experience, I walked in and was greeted by James (who was still in training.) Whenever he wasn’t for sure about something the manager on duty (who was fantastic) answered his question just to assure accurate information was presented. Went in to exercise my next up plan and left a very happy customer. Thanks to these amazing people at this location keep up the great work!

What a fabulous experience here today! I've avoided getting my account switched back over because the cellular retail is such a drag. Daisy helped me and was so wonderful. Literally made everything easy and was so personable. It started with them opening the front door to greet me and continued through to her verifying my phone worked properly.

Not the usual cell provider or AT&T experience at all. Go to this location if you need anything done!!

Walked in and was greeted by no less than 5 employees so the tone was set immediately and I felt welcome and valued. Rich was kind and professional and he hooked me up with a new phone and had me on my way in 30 minutes. It was simple, efficient and a pleasant experience.

Chadra was a great help. She has exceptionally wonderful customer service skills. As a new customer, she treated me with respect answering all my questions. She made my transition to at&t flawless. Actually, her act of kindness and knowledge made me decide to switch to at&t yesterday.

I was being help by Cátedra and although her service was outstanding . AT&T consumer service needs to do better. I had to re-verify my account 4 times! Càtedra was so patient and helpful and I thank her for that.

I always dread going in to an AT&T store because of the wait and incompetence I have experienced in the past.

However, yesterday was different. Jason Neff was patient, kind, and worked hard to make sure I was getting the best deal. I now have his card so I can always ask for him. I'm just hoping he will always be there.

Lyneice was so professional and personable, and very knowledgeable about products and services offered. She helped educate us so that we could make a decision that we felt confident about and that fit our needs. She went over pros and cons to the different Apple Watches and services packages for cell phones and didn’t try to sell us stuff we didn’t need. FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE!!!!

Daisy was super helpful and informed on all the issues I was having and questions I asked. It was as if she knew before I even asked! All the deals, promotions, and technical issues were easily explained and resolved. I spent less than 20 minutes in the store. AT&T should be proud to have such a knowledgeable and pleasant employee!
