Great customer service. All employees were very helpful and friendly. Ailed assisted me from the moment I walked in the door until I was leaving, bag in hand. She is extremely knowledgeable on the products offered and made my visit a breeze. She showed great patience while I decided on scents and had a smile on her face the whole time. 5 stars!

Loved coming to this location. I was stuck in traffic, but I got here 15 mins to close. They were still so hospitle. No attitudes, just kind helpful people. Kathleen immediately, especially because I looked lost. I told her I was trying to find out my birthday freebie. She assist with my logining in online to find and showed me products I could get. It didn't take long cause....I'm addicted lol. Every person spoke kindly to me and didn't rush my experience. Will be returning.

I always love this location. The employees are nice and helpful. They usually have a great selection and even when it's packed, they are very speedy at the register.

This is a great store however if you are a husband reading this review and your wife has asked you to go to this store on "candle day", DO NOT GO. Black Friday is nothing compared to candle day at this place. While the staff was very well prepared for this and handled it very very well. The store was a madhouse. My wife sent me for one candle but I figured since I had to wait in line anyways I would go ahead and buy ten. I still feel like my wife tricked me into this but just know that if you go on candle day it is going to be crazy!

I absolutely love this store. The moment you walk in the aromatics are heavenly. Everything is clean and well organized, plus you know you are getting quality. These hand sanitizers are a must these days and they smell fantastic!!

I wish there were baskets near the checkout line because my hands are always too full by the time I get there. Makes me have to juggle until it's my turn.

Would like if they put up something on the outside of their windows. I'm very grateful for the dark window tint helping me stay cool inside but from the outside I often wonder if the location is closed or closing, even with the one free-standing sign outside the door.

Found some great lotions, shower gel, fragrance mist and decided to try the plug in room scents. Amazing better than any plug in scents I have ever tried. Glad I tried it. My entire apartment smells fabulous not just one room. Highly recomend this product.

The staff are always friendly and helpful when I come in to pick up an order.

Staff here are helpful and cheerful. Always have what I'm looking for.

Great place to buy lotions , hand soaps and candles

I typically order online so I don’t have to deal with employees (people in general) but I kind of wish I shopped in person here! The moment I walked in I was greeted with a happy hello and even got some brow compliments. I felt very welcomed and I was only there to get my stuff and get out, I wanted to stay a little longer just because the staff was so kind. 10 out of 5 stars and I was only there for less than a minute!

I don’t normally do reviews, but you just gotta love Sarah she is so nice and sweet. She made my shopping a very memorable experience. She deserves a raise

Fast service for my return without any hassles. Didn't have time to shop, but there are so many competing smells, I would never be able to choose.

Friendly and welcoming shop. Small shop but well maintained. Sales reps are always helping customers here. Products are usually expensive on full price. But this place always have some promotions and i keep checking out and plan my buys around that. Products can be returned if not satisfactory although i never had a bad experience to return anything.

Very nice customer service, they don't follow you around which I appreciate. They will help if u ask or they feel you may need help. The store is clean and the selection is fantastic. It's a really big store and they have a lot!

The service at this location was absolutely wonderful! I walked in and was immediately treated like an old friend. They politely informed me about their deals and made sure I was taking advantage of every perk and discount afforded to me due to my membership. I love this location and will always choose this location as my first choice for their signature products.

I love coming to this Bath and body works. They made a great choice to expand the building. The choices of candles, body wash and fun little house decor is perfect. I feel the prices are fit for what you get. Candles that last hours on end and body items that the smell is not over powering but still stays on tour body all day. The staff is friendly and helpful.

This is by far my favorite BaBW location! The ladies here are seriously the kindest staff ever. They always make sure you know all of the deals going on, and will give you tips on how to get the best deal for what you are buying. I really can’t say enough good things about this location. Shelly and Stephanie went out of their way to help me here, on multiple occasions. This is the only location I go to because of how nice and helpful the staff are to their customers.
