Dana was lovely and found me a great pair that looks good on me, I'm glad I went to the McKinney location for my work boots.

I need to first say how grateful I am for Miss Dana’s help. I am also in the customer service business. Her knowledge of the product her friendliness and willingness to help me find a boot right for me was extremely enjoyable. Not knowing that I am a disabled USMC veteran and have zero cartilage in my ankles and my whole body is jacked up. She helped me find the right boot for my auto detailing business and one that would hold up the the abuse I was about to put on these awesome boots. So Miss Dana thank you for your help, Time, and answering all my questions. I absolutely love the boots you help me find ma’am and I appreciate the history lesson on Redwing shoes and the passion you have for customer service. Not to mention I am extremely grateful for the customer service you provided and without my knowledge until I was walking out the door that I realize that you had packed up my tennis shoes I left on the floor And put them in the box for me.
That is one thing I can say about redwing shoes is that no matter how good of boots or shoes you came from I completely forgot about my ASICIS tennis shoes when I was walking out the door. But thankful to miss Dana‘s customer service and going above beyond they were in my box I was holding... not only does the store have a client for life but so does Red Wing Shoes.

I loved the foot scanning system because it provided recommendations for shoes that would fit my feet well. It worked perfectly. The salesperson Dana was awesome, super helpful. I also appreciate the two sales on shoes I purchased…

Dana Was amazing in her service and help finding me the perfect boot. They didn't have my size in stock and they came next day and I was worried about the size even though I used the sizing thing. Being my feet are very wide when they arrived Dana assured me she was sure they would fit perfectly. She was on the money. Bravo!! Very happy with my iron rangers. Nothing but the best service.

Wow! Been looking at Red Wings for a while now. Finally decided to take the plunge and so glad I chose this location. Great shop but the real reason is because of Ms. Dana! She was so nice and so incredibly helpful to a new customer who knew very little about the Red Wing brand. She took her time to size me correctly, talk to me about my options and she gave me several boots to really zero in on the best fit for my feet! Such a nice person. I enjoyed talking to her and could tell she has a passion for the brand! I am very happy with my purchase! I will be back! Well done Ms. Dana! You’ve got another fan!

I really love that every time I go in, it is the same lovely woman there to help me. She remembered me and the shoes I bought, 2 years after I bought them (and I've only been there twice before).
The shoes themselves are pricey but have a sturdy base. My steel toed boots have survived 2 years working 40 hours on my feet, with only one minor repair. Which, I will add that unless your shoes are under warranty here, I would get them repaired elsewhere.
I'm impressed with the service and the women's priority of making sure you get what is right for you, doing everything she can to help. Thank you.

Dana was fantastic! She was knowledgeable, thorough and extremely helpful. She went above and beyond to make my visit into Red Wing beyond what I anticipated. I will be back to purchase again! Not only did she help me solve the issue with a pair of shoes, she provided help figuring out how to prevent it and gave me ideas for what to use in the future.

I just moved from Meriden CT to McKinney TX and frustrated looking for a work boot store I found a Red Wing store here in McKinney. Heard of their boots, but never even tried to buy any of their products. I stopped at this store in McKinney and was quite impressed with this Lady Mrs. Dana, she was very polite, knowledgeable of their products and specially patient with me Lol.. She explained me everything about warranty and other services. Also their computerized measuring machine it’s unbelievable, it was accurate like right on the money. Bought a pair of super lightweight composite toe boots and the insoles.
Don’t mind at all paying a little more for a great product.

The lady that waited on me, Dana, was fantastic.. . I called initially and she spent time on the phone to answer my questions as I needed extra wide boots and I had my own pronation orthotic. I drove down from 30 miles away to see her to figured out my exact size. Dana ordered two sizes of boots to be sure of fit and within a week or so she called me to come in again.
I ended up needing the 4E (H) width and while there she showed me a work shoe by Redwing also in 4E that also was a great fit... Both the shoe and the Dynaforce Boot work great with my orthotic and I'm extremely satisfied.... Dana was professional, informed and from my perspective ... patient. She was a gem. Love the boots.

The employee here was amazing. He was super helpful. I am required safety toe boots at work and wasn't sure which ones to buy. The employee asked me what kind of work I do and where I work at. He then recommended not only boots, but also recommended some insoles too. Great customer service.

Been wearing Red Wings for my entire working life (better than 30 years). I expect the highest level of service to go with the quality product that I am happy to spend money on. I must say that today, the service I expect was greatly surpassed. When entering the small shop it was more crowded than I have ever seen a Red Wing store, but the clerk managed to not allow one person feel second to anyone. Great job!!! You have won my business for life.

Red Wing has the best shoes and boots period. They are super comfortable and the shoes last forever. They aren't the cheapest but seriously, you pay for quality. The people are very friendly and knowledgeable and will help you find the best product for your feet. I will go back every time I bneed new boots

I went to Red Wing for a comfortable pair of work boots and I found a boot that fit my feet perfectly and was very comfortable.

I get voucher every year from my company and over the years I visited many stores from redwing, but here will be my favorite store. Due to my job I get to move all over town and get to work at different locations, but these year (2019) in particular I came in to redwing and as usual I bought the same boot kind I get every year. The difference was that Mrs.Dana treated me like no one else has, the experience I had at this place was amazing. Very nice lady with a lot of knowledge and patience, she was very kind and made my experience at redwing even better. I defenely give 5 stars and more to her Custumer service, the store was very clean, well organized by sections easy to buy, WILL RECOMMEND THIS PLACE A LOT.
