So much fun and soooo many shops. Will definitely be back next year.

Great place to shop for hand bags and jewelry...

Tons of different venues to shop at and ample parking provided.

Very handy shopping precinct. Great selection of items from TJ Maxx, Ross and Home Goods. Car park doesn’t get too busy and the queues aren’t too long when waiting for the register at the times I’ve visited.

Staff have generally been very friendly.

One criticism is the car park doesn’t have any shaded areas so be prepared to get back to your car to find a furnace.

1*Soft shell crab. Disappointed.

5*****Black Ramen soup (pork based) To die for.

3***Salmon Roe. Very mild. Very soft texture.

3***Uni/Sea Urchin. Very mild, very soft texture

5*****Egg Omelet. Very good.

5*****Fresh ground wasabi. Bang up job.

Bluefin Sushi & Ramon Bar. Brodie & S Mopac (Academy Shopping Center near Chipotle)

Carryout order

5*****Tonkotsu RED Ramon $14, both the black and red tonkotsu are fab. The red is made with a spicy coconut milk broth.

5*****Fatty Salmon $8, excellent flavor, poorly cut.

3***Bluefin Tuna $9, My first bluefin. I have nothing to compare it against. It had a strong fishy undertone. I'm inclined to say it wasn't fresh.

5***** Small warm Gekleikam sake $6, a nice way to wait for my carryout.

This time the waiter stated they didn't have freshly grated wasabi??? Boo-hoo.

Home Goods have nice selection of Easter 🐇 items

Excellent spot for all kinds of merchandise and little knick-knacks of all types. Definitely worth bringing your family into look over the deals and see what works best. Many gifts are available and it's always fun to browse.

This is our goto place for just about everything for our home for over 20 years.

I stopped by my favorite home improvement store to get materials for remodel of garage into a small suite of rooms. Home Depot had everything I needed for the job.

You're in and out with some good planning. Isles are wide and stock is generally very good, at least from my perspective for items in need. Miss Eve writes our shopping list and I dutifully find and execute purchases. HEB is big in Texas, always close and ready to serve. :))

My coworkers and I had a Happy Hour hosted for us here last week and there are a few of us who are a little heavy on the drinking and the waitress didn't disappoint. Glasses were cold and clean. Brew was fresh and the music was great. Not bad for a Friday night!

Great strip mall with lots of stores to choose from, regardless of your budget.

You can find almost anything you need in Sunset Valley. Party Supplies, hunting gear, wood, lawn mowers, swim suits, wedding dresses, craft supplies, print jobs, furniture, etc. You can also get a 4 star meal to a sub sandwich depending on your preference. This is the perfect place to do shopping, walking, dining, and have a ton of fun. Tons of parking and yes, it also is handicapped accessible. You can social distance at all of the stores and outside space.

I went Total Wine & More to grab red wine, crown apple, I also grabbed some moonshine cherries to try and I have been making some cherry limeades that are so good.

Visited Bougies Donuts and Coffee. It was so much better than Voodoo donuts. The fritters were soft and delicious. The blueberry fritter was mouthwatering! The chocolate peppermint was perfect, and the mini kolaches were great.

I just love small town markets n fair. But the Sunset Valley Marketfair is a one of a kind store that has a little bit of EVERYTHING! and i do mean EVERYTHING. From a food store, garden, tool area , to medical stuff, to animal feed, camping n hunting gear, to great wines all at great prices. Two thumbs up from Cindylu.

Well, when I want something s little special as a gift, I usually shop here. I can almost always find something for that special someone! Even though they Always have a long checkout line, I now allow extra time for this,if I plan to shop here!
