This hotel is amazing. It's a home away from home. It's perfect for all ages, The staff is absolutely positively AMAZING. This hotel is clean, quiet and the pool is warmed for the winter. All and all they went above and beyond my expectations!!!!!!!

The front desk agent Zach was extremely helpful, not just during check in but through our entire stay. We only stopped in to get out of the weather after driving for 10 plus hours and we couldn't have found a nicer hotel and front desk agent than this hotel and Zach. He made sure we had everything we needed and put in the extra effort for us. He got us a great room and we really enjoyed his personal touch and attention that he brought to our experience. I'd recommend this hotel and it's staff, especially Zach, to anyone seeking great accommodations and friendly atmosphere at a reasonable price. Thank you so much for making our stay worth while and providing such a great and interactive experience. You are awesome Zach, can't wait to stop back by next time we're in town.

One of the best hotels/ Inn & Suites I've have gotten the pleasure to stay in! All of the staff are friendly and are very attentive! They also always have juice, cookies and fresh popcorn in the lobby! They are some of the softest and best cookies I've ever had! The jacuzzi suite that they have here is the biggest one that I have found in town!

This was the best place I have ever stayed in!! We were greated as soon as we walked in. After about an hour, the night shift guy called our room to make sure everything was ok in our room and if we needed anything else. Later that night my husband got 2 cookies and the guy asked if he needed to make more. He decided he would just make more anyway and call us when they were done. Next thing we know, hes knocking on our door with a plate with cookies on it! That is above and beyond. Everything was nice and clean. They had cookies popcorn and fruit available all the time free.

Staff went out of their way to be helpful and kind at all hours, clean rooms with roll away bed available, best hotel breakfast we’ve had, great pool for the kids. Would highly recommend.

The Wingate Hotel is a beautiful place to stay... Feels like home when you're away from home... They have an amazing friendly staff.!! And serve a delicious breakfast in the morning... An indoor heated pool... and A workout room for those who like to stay in shape.!! It's located next to a shopping mall, restaurants, and a movie theater... All withing walking distance... I highly recommend when you visit Springfield, Illinois that you book your stay at the Wingate Hotel.!! You'll be very happy with your stay.!!

I love this place, the GM Ben my experience like it was a 5 star place. I met this wonderful desk receptionist and she just had the Christmas spirit and a twinkle in her eye that made me miss my family even more during this covid season.

Enjoyed myself with family and friends. I can't wait to go back. Great quality hotel. I would love to visit other locations.

I've stayed here several times and it's always very nice and reasonably priced. I'll definitely be back, no complaints.

Great place for me and the kids. Pool was clean and warm and good variety for breakfast.

Recently renovated everything is good.Comfy beds and nice staff.Total stay was nice.
