I am really impressed with the customer service I received! There were only 2 people working at the time and mom and I were just browsing for some household items when I discovered the item was not available. The Big Lots associate was kind enough to confront us and ask what was needed and the kind lady working the register was so sweet and thoughtful and made sure our experience was pleasant. We will be visiting again!

Our checker Isabel was awesome. She knew what was on sale were it was located and let us know we were eligible for discount and was polite and courteous. Thank you Isabel for making my evening run smooth.

Associate knew exactly where the items were I was looking for. Also the cashier was friendly and had a personality and spoke. Don't find those types of ppl much anymore. Appreciate the customer service

I have been in there a couple of times in the last six months. Each time the manager, Adrian has been friendly and helpful. I live 30 miles away but from now on I am going to make it a point to shop there because of the excellent customer service and reasonable prices.

Hands down the best Big Lot's in Springfield. More room for more deals, friendly staff and constantly changing merchandise. Start or end your shopping trip here....just don't skip it.

Cannot remember the beautiful young lady with the big hoop earrings who checked me out, but she had a smile that would light up the darkest night! Made my day.

Good customer service, friendly, an array of regular items as well as 1 time buys. Know what you usually pay, but most food items are lower than grocery stores.

The people are friendly and it is the only place I know that has a gallon container of coconut oil.
