I had brunch for the 1st time today at Three Twigs. My food was amazing. I took my best friend from Arizona with me & she loved it too. We both got the breakfast bowl. It was delicious

I absolutely love Three Twigs! I have been here many times over the past few years for the pastries, icecream, breakfast, and lunch. My favorite meal is the biscuits and gravy with tomato potatoes, along with loving their iced lattes. I also highly recommend their icecream and pastries. They switch up some of their menu depending on the season. Everything there is made from scratch with local ingredients, meaning it’s all very high quality and tastes amazing. Everyone is always so friendly. It is a very chill and spacious atmosphere. I have brought so many of my friends here who have also loved it. I highly recommend!

Very quaint shop! Lots of delicious coffee options(give the honey-lavender a try, so tasty!), brunch, and lunch options as well. Don't forget the amazing-looking ice cream!

They have a lot of gluten-free options for pastries as well as normal baked goods. Everything looks fantastic.

I had the breakfast horseshoe, and I could only eat half! The tomato potatoes( covered in tomato vinaigrette, I believe) are so different, but so mouthwatering.

One of the owners, Clay, served us and even helped us resolve an issue with GF Bread being sold out.

Kid friendliness is over the top! There's a little play-village inside to entertain the young ones while you wait for the food. Outside seating includes a few play houses and large connect four game. Perfect for getting brunch with your mom(or dad!) -friends!

We will definitely return next time we're in town!

Just had breakfast here for the first time this morning. It was great, I would definitely return!! The service was great, both people we encountered were super friendly. I had a simple bacon, eggs and toast. It really hit the spot. I also got some really cute Valentine's cookies Togo that my kiddos loved. Their bakery case was loaded with delicious looking deserts.

I don’t live in Springfield but I always look forward to visiting Biscuits & Brunch when I’m in town seeing my sister and today we had the breakfast bowl w/ local bacon instead of sausage and it was so freaking yummy, perfect eggs over medium. Obviously we had to try the seasonal pumpkin pecan caramel flapjack stacks (so fluffy!) and I was surprised they weren’t as sweet as I’d expected but tasty nonetheless. I had a homemade pumpkin spice pop tart too for later and it was delightful. We feast when we come here and left very satisfied with all the flavors and full bellies. Staff is friendly and welcoming. I look forward to being back and visiting again.

I’m visiting family for spring break all the way from Providence, Rhode Island and stopped here to get some breakfast only to be pleasantly surprised by what a great experience we had here. I got the Cinnamon Dulce Coffee and the That’s My Jam sandwich along with the Tomato Potatoes. Everything was delicious!! The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming to us. I never leave reviews but this place deserves more praise as we loved our experience here. Great place for the family also because they provide board games at every table. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. 10/10

My favorite bakery. This place is unbelievable! They offer tons of vegan friendly pastries, drinks, breakfast food, and lunch dishes. You can veganize a lot of things too! They occasionally do vegan takeovers (all vegan menu all day) which is amazing! The biggest reason I love them is that they don't use high fructose corn syrup, artificial dyes, artificial colors, etc! They use all natural ingredients and source locally when they can. Fantastic bakery! The cosmic brownies are the best!

Three Twigs baked our wedding cake and grooms cake. They were both delicious and gorgeous! The delivery and set up perfect. See for yourself the photos are beautiful. Thanks for making our special day even sweeter

Got the breakfast bowl, gingerbread latte, and the Nashville hot sandwich. Everything was really good! Latte has rich flavor. You can tell the food and drinks are made from scratch.

Great service and decor. I had the Chickplease Sandwich and it was fantastic! I also tried the Vegan Caramel Latte with coconut milk and vegan whipped cream and it was delicious. Thank you to Three Twigs for recommitting to add more vegan options in 2022! #Veganuary

Delicious! I had the biscuits and gravy with the tomato potatoes on the side. It was delicious, but those tomato potatoes really make it. I also had a honey lavender latte, which was sublime.

My gf favorite brunch place, they have really good desserts. Big fan of the breakfast bowl that comes with their famous tomato potatoes.

Okay, yeah it was a long wait. That absolutely happens as food as being cooked to order and people just keep coming since they know your food is excellent.

Now to the good part. The food was amazing. We got the French toast, cheesy caprese biscuit and country cordon blue. Yes, yes and yes. The French toast needed no syrup and the challah bread was soft and wonderful. The cheese on the caprese was melty with crispy fried bits and the balsamic was just the right touch. The chicken was juicy and it was a trylue country slice of ham - not lunch meat.
Oh, I almost forgot the tasty maple sausage we ordered on the side.

All in all, it was scrumptious!

All the rave reviews I've read about this place are so true!!! Such great and different items!! We tried several items and each one was better than the last. Do yourself a favor and try this place soon!!

Long time customer but just now adding review... excellent as always. Quality is top notch and fresh. I'm a big believer in "you get what you pay for" and every item at Three Twigs reflects that. No corners are cut here. Thanks for making our special days and just even our regular days delicious!

I absolutely love coming to this bakery! I can’t help but grab a little of everything here because it’s all so good and the staff is always helpful and friendly! I can never remember the name of the latte I love, but every time I go in they make it perfectly! Definitely stop by for breakfast, lunch, coffee, or some delicious take home treats!

Lived up to the hype! Food was freshly made and they brought it out to my car. The chicken biscuit was fantastic, as well as the potatoes that were on the side. Generous portion size!

We had an avocado toast and a grilled cheese, plus a cupcake and a sea salt chocolate chip cookie. And a latte. Everything was great!!!! Loved this place!!!

Perfect place to take little children! I just wish they’d bring back their gluten free cinnamon donuts.
