F45 Training North Livonia

F45 has changed my attitude about gyms in a positive way. All fitness levels are welcome. The members and trainers are friendly. The trainers are sincere and knowledgeable with form and food preparation towards living a healthy lifestyle. They have helped me in being successful with my weight loss goals. Highly recommend

Love the workouts as everyday is something different! They have a wide variety of class times and the coaches do a great job to create an awesome environment.

My daughter and I just started going to F45 about a month ago and we love it. I was a little apprehensive about joining, I’m used to running as opposed to coordinated work outs, but every trainer is so helpful and I never feel like I am being judged. They have tons of convenient times and the 45 minute work outs go by really fast. We are so happy we joined.

I absolutely love working out at F45! The coaches are so attentive and the community is very supportive! Going to the gym is the best part of my day and I owe that to the trainers and my gym buddies 🥰 you will reach your fitness goals while having fun in here!

I recently moved to Michigan and was lucky to have f45 north Livonia nearby. It is an incredible place! I love the attention the coaches put to you during class to make the movements correctly and push you. The community is amazing and everyone always welcome you with a smile.

Signed up the 45 Day challenge and it truly motivates you to make positive changes! You get what you put into the process. It’s fun too as you are surrounded by many folks supporting you on the way. The trainers are great and so you are making improvements in your overall health while having fun.

If you are looking for a great, complete workout done in 45 minutes, this place is for you! All of the trainers are encouraging , supportive and knowledgeable.

I love F45 North Livonia. The trainers are great, the community is friendly and fun. Each day is different with all types of music. It’s a very efficient work out. Love that the same class is offered at multiple times of the same day in case I have to switch my schedule. Thank you!

this location, the trainers and the community are everything!! the workouts are never the same, if you’re a cardio person then go on the cardio based day. If you like weights, go on strength days! I love every trainer as they all bring different personalities and they all try to bring the best out of you. I highly recommend f45NL!!

Every trainer is knowledgeable and friendly! I love not having to think about my workout. They even have an awesome dj for classes every so often. Such a great atmosphere

This place is great! I always leave sweating and breathing hard. The trainers are helpful and motivating. Morning class times fit well into my busy schedule.

I’ve been a member for over a year and F45 has consistently offered great workouts with amazing trainers in a welcoming atmosphere. The trainers are fun, friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive. The workouts are challenging but modifications are offered which I especially appreciated when I resumed classes after surgery. The exercises never get boring or feel repetitive. My membership also includes optional challenge events to encourage accountability and help with healthy nutritional habits. And I love the yoga events that pop up with Jaymie too.
F45 is my favorite ‘me time’ place!

F45 North Livonia is truly the most efficient gym I’ve ever encountered. You are in and out in 45 minutes, the workouts are never the same, and most importantly - the training is functional for every day living. All of the coaches are amazing - they truly care about each member. The community is warm, motivating, and always positive!

By far the best!! Aside from a super clean environment, the trainers are exceptional!! They make you feel so comfortable with yourself and encourage you throughout the whole workout. The class can be completely full but they make sure everyone gets the attention and help they need in order to get the best results. There isn’t anything I’d change about F45 North Livonia, especially the staff!! You guys rock!

I've tried Orange Theory and personal training and everything in the middle before, but at 45 Fitness does it best. The workout are as effective as personal training but without the hefty price tag. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great fitness experience.

I have been coming to this location for over a year. The trainers are great and inspiring. The workouts are fun, challenging a they change daily. 45min workout so you don't waste time slacking. I always look forward to the workouts. They have attracted the most amazing people to this location. I highly recommend you give it a try!

Whatever your fitness goals, F45 Training North Livonia has you covered. I’ve gained muscle and lost fat and I’m feeling so much stronger. The coaches are so helpful and fun (even at 5am!) and encourage me to move to new levels. The group environment also pushes me to try things I was previously afraid of. The screens make it easy to know what you need to do and the coaches will ensure you’re using proper form. I really enjoy working out here!

I’ve been to several gyms in the area and this is my favorite! The most efficient and fun workout you will ever do! The trainers are great! The other members are too. Everyday is a new workout on your fitness journey. Never brining!

My wife and I absolutely loved this workout! The staff were very friendly and helpful, the workout was challenging and pushed us to a comfortable limit. It's very organized, when we first walked in and saw how small the space was and how many people were joining, we were a bit hesitant on how everyone would fit together while doing the workout, but the staff were so efficient on getting everyone to their stations - it flowed seamlessly! We will definitely be back.
