Kohl's

I can usually find something I like at a reasonable price. I like getting Kohls credit off purchases. I also Iike being able to return Amazon items and online Kohl's purchases if necessary plus picking up online purchases. Staff is helpful and nice.

My visit was pleasurable,the store was not crowded at the time of my visit.Found all the items I was looking for,in my size and color.
I had Kohl's cash, 30% extra discount, Kohl's gift clerk. No lines at the registers ,friendly cleck.

This store is neat, organized and the staff are present and offer assistance. BOBBI at SELF checkout was amazing. She worked in a manner where she is assisting several customers at once. Of course, answering your question before you even voice it. She is pure 🌞 sunshine. Thank

I purchased three wicker storage baskets. I have been looking for the correct size needed and was thrilled to find exactly what I wanted at Kohl’s.

I visited the Sephora department today. Debbie the sales lady was extremely helpful and so kind and knowledgeable about the the products. I am so pleased with my purchase.

The Northville kohls is always immaculate and organized. The Amazon return clerks are knowledgeable and helpful. The store is well kept and well stocked. The seld checkout is very easy and quick. There is always a clerk helping people with self checkout if they need it. And the checkout counters are always a pleasure to check out purchases. The parking lot is well lit and safe. Very happy with our local Kohls.

I went to pick up an online order which was easy as pie, then my wife and I did some other shopping the store was amazingly neat and clean I mean being considering it’s less than 21/2 weeks till Christmas

Encountered an awesome employee! Gena, who was working at the Amazon Return Desk, is kind, polite, and very efficient. It cannot be an easy job dealing with a constant line of customers returning items searching online for the code for each item they are returning. She always greets you with a smile and patience. She has to complete several steps for each item presented to her. Some customers have a single item; but some have several items, all with a code for each one. While observing her as I waited in line and then shopped after my return, there was never a moment without a few people in line and more joining the line. She deserves recognition from management for her hard work and dedication.

The Kohls now has self checkout. They say because it’ll be faster during Christmas. Not sure about being faster, but now they won’t have to hire as many people.

FIRST: Sarah in Sephora IS THE BEST! Without question. She exemplifies true customer and hands on service representing how the Sephora experience should be. I won't ever go to another free standing Sephora again as long as Sarah is the Store Manager. She is attentive and kind with the loveliest smile. SECOND: Diane W is a lovely woman with a welcoming smile. She gave me exceptional fitting room customer service going above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and helped me pick out new work pants. 10 stars 🌟
