Pick-up/Drive-Up ordering has been a godsend for those of us with chronic illness, disease, or epilepsy. Sending a family member to the store for pickup instead of a long list is so much easier, and ensures all of my discounts and coupons are applied. Thank you to all of the hard working people: All of my orders have been correct and handled with care. Your work is appreciated.

Always well stocked. I love that Target always has everything I need with new brands I’m willing to try. Now the lines to check out, are always suspect. Pack a little patience.

Great shopping experience at Target Northville! Wonderful to see helpful, pleasant people working with plenty of cashiers and not just self checkout only.

Target on Haggerty in between 7 mile and 8 mile in Northville /Livonia MI has great customer service; a great grocery department; and a large array of products and gift cards. The lines at checkout sometimes get a little long, but other than that; this Target is clean and my go-to.

Target's pick up is always quick and professional. I've used it many times. Pick ups at other stores don't compare. I tell everybody!

I apologize I don't know the name of the lady in customer service/returns today, but would like to say that she has an absolutely great attitude and was very kind about me returning a couple of items. Her great mood is contagious and surely impacted mine in a positive way. I hope that these kinds of things are noticed and valued by management and others in charge of this store. It is the people who make your store and I will keep coming back because of them.

I went to this location to buy leggings and the lady working in the active wear department was so nice and helpful. I wanted a specific pair of leggings and I was able to find them. The store is big and nicely organized. I also bought some snacks. The store was clean. I'm so happy.

Thank you Chris! Came to Target to get a specific item that was in stock according to the website. When we got there, there was nothing on the shelf. He checked their stock and he went back to get what I needed. He didn't have to stop what he was doing, but he did. Very happy customer because of his thoughtfulness.

My cashier at checkout tonight was new to working the register (moved from stocking position.) He was so courteous and apologized for the slight wait to each customer as he was learning the procedures. Good communication and eye care is contact with Target guests is SO important. This young man showed both of those traits and after he has a few days of working the register under his belt, he will definitely be one of your best employees at Target!

Great store, and the employees are very helpful & nice.

Best place for everything. Always clean and organized and easy to find a location nearby. The app make things easy to locate. I have never had a problem at target. Fast checkouts and prices are comparable to other retailers.

Every time I’m in the area, this is my go to store for everything I need. The store is rather clean and organized, and the staff are always friendly and helpful! Even when I’ve gone on busier days, I always walk out having had a positive experience!

Excellent customer service the woman who rang us up was so friendly. They were all out of diet ginger ale though. They don’t have an Ulta wondering if they have any plans of adding one? Or a Disney Store inside either .. hoping they will add these collaborations sometime soon.

Today 2 80 year olds came to Targets to get a rather simple mobile phone--we are not IT literate. Bobby was the Target tech who listened to us, and did his very best to accomodate two customers who really did not know exactly what was wanted, or how to articulate what we were not capable of understanding. We spent a good 90 minutes learning something more than we knew when we came in. He was patient, polite, helpful, and very understanding. Electronic shopping is extremely stressful for me and yes I was stressed but in the end, I truly believe I (we) were served well.Good work Bobby and thank you so very much.

I was pleasantly surprised by my pick up order at Target. I needed a gift for a child and I needed it quickly. I went online and ordered some items and was told I could pick them up right away. I picked them up two days later when it was convenient for me. They were very quick to give me my order. My order was exactly what I ordered and they picked nice items. My order also included a bag of free samples of other products. I was very happy with my shopping experience and will definitely do it again.

Ordered a microwave. Target had just the size I needed, in stock, at my local store. Paid online for pick up, got a text that it was ready, let them know when I was there and a very friendly young man delivered it to my car. Perfect experience!

i’ve been to this target so many times and it’s always well stocked, pretty clean and organized, and always has what i need. what really pushed me to leave a review is an employee i encountered at self checkout today. i believe her name was may! she was so cheerful and helpful. really made my day :)
