We visited this store to resolve an issue regarding customer service. NAZIM was able to help us.

Best Sprint Store I have been too. I went there to get my phone fixed with a cracked screen. Mike and Matthew provided great service as well as everyone else. Got my phone back in 2 hrs plus Mike gave me some hints to keep my phone running great. He also tuned up my phone at no extra charge. All around great people work there.

Never experienced this great of customer service from a retail store. Sending all customers there, thanks to Vincent, Marissa and the technician. Marissa offered to bring my phone to my job because it would take awhile to update and switch over. Overall wonderful experience

This was the first time I have used this location though I have been with T-Mobile for more than 10 years. What an absolutely amazing experience. Nice clean store with an exceptionally friendly and well informed staff.

Had very good experience with sprint and galaxy phone, replaced my phone recently with the s10+ and been having nothing but issues with it so far. The employees here have been wonderful and very professional explaining what's going on and giving me a time frame for handling the situation. Would recommend this store to anyone looking to upgrade their phone

I went in to have my Sprint phone checked. It was purchased recently and running slowly. Mike was able to help right away and the phone is running much quicker. I also purchased LG Bluetooth headgear from Charles. He was very helpful and friendly. I would recommend anyone that needed service from Sprint to go to this location.

Excellent service. I had no insurance and they cut me a deal. If they flash your phone be aware you'll only keep what's on your memory card anything on your phone will be erased. If a file is missing it's because it was on your phone not because they stole it. Some people are just dumb like that.

Recently visited this store - My girlfriend was having trouble with hearing people through her phone and an employee named Tanya (I believe...) helped us out. She not only assisted my girlfriend and resolved her issue, but also took my phone back and cleaned it for me as well, and I don't even have a Sprint service. Very nice employees working here - I recommend visiting this store due to their general willingness to help!

I was greeted promptly and Mike fixed an issue I had with my new Note 10. It took a while, but he kept me updated often. Marissa answered my billing and other questions. Professional Staff, and I am confident with sales and service each time I have visited the Northville Sprint Store. Thank you.

I was greeted the moment I walked in the Sprint Store with handshake from a very friendly store manager and yes I'm assuming she was and that she ran her store accordingly to the way I was initially greeted. Great customer service,which was friendly and fast.

Excellent couch seating in the middle of the store for enjoying Turkey sandwiches. Store manager was very kind, provided me with extra mayonnaise packets for the sandwich.
The phones were okay.

You know how sometimes you can go to a place and feel like you're part of their family even though you don't know them at all? My last visit felt just like that for me. I remember how bad this place was a couple years ago and that I made a note avoid that place. Well, this time I was pinned in to going there due to location and scheduling. This place has really turned around. There has got to be new management or something in the two years since I was there last, and whomever they are has done something incredible. Joshua and Derek specifically were very engaging, polite, and helpful. They didn't treat me like an idiot for asking questions. It's not just the two of them however, everybody I saw there gave me and the other customers plenty of attention without making anybody (as far as I could tell) wait more than is reasonable. I will definitely be going there first should I need anything.

By far the best sprint store I’ve ever been to! The whole team was extremely helpful! I came with 2 toddlers and they were so welcoming and helpful.. I will always use this store! Ask for Josh!
