Austin, Jerger and several others were great at keeping in contact and making sure my needs were met. Colton great rep kicking things off. Diligent and great Communication. Then Charles took over and he’s likewise very personable and conscientious. He even drove by at 7:30 PM to do a final walk-through. The crew was a great group of hard workers.

Mike and the crew were exceedingly helpful and personable, knew just how to work with our insurance company to get our claim through in a timely manner, and the work they did on our roof was fantastic. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and absolutely recommend them to others.

Very satisfied. Had a complete roof replacement after a hail storm, plus other repairs after a tree came down. All work was done well and even ahead of schedule. Working with Colton Saugestad and Charles was a pleasure. First roof replacement, so had questions about the repair and insurance processes. Colton and Charles answered all questions quickly and completely. Company is obviously well-run and organized. No slip-ups with hand-offs between departments. Clearly have an excellent work ethic. Prominent Construction replaced my roof this summer. The work was terrific (and finished in a day). Though the insurance process is long and arduous, Prominent took care of nearly all the communication with the insurance company and were easy to contact when I needed them, every step of the way.

The team at Prominent Construction was really good to work with! Chris, the project manager, worked with our insurance to get our roof replaced which was amazing! The team that replaced the roof, including our skylight, was very efficient and cleaned up so well you couldn't tell anyone had been there. And the office team was very responsive to questions and sending out of information as we needed it. We are so pleased with our new roof and love the craftsmanship warranty that provides peace of mind. Our thanks for a job well done!

Prominent hard at work in Lakeville Minnesota 9/11/23. In the past 2 months my neighborhood has transformed in roofs. I had mine done by their competition Apex Roofing and Siding Apple Valley.

Alan was professional and friendly from the minute I met him. He treated me like family, and was very responsive to my multiple questions. His team worked efficiently and were respectful of my property. The project was completed sooner than anticipated. And the finished product is beautiful! I love my new roof!

From beginning to the end of the project they answered all my questions and they made me feel comfortable. They were a huge help with my insurance company and that process was very smooth. I recently had hail damage, as many of us did in the last year around the Twin Cities, and chose to go with Porminent. I've had a bad experience in the past with similar hail damage and almost didn't call anyone to have my property inspected. Actually, I did call someone before I was put in touch with Prominent and they didn't even look at the gutters, skylights, or siding. Prominent took their time and made sure to inspect every aspect of my home. We ultimately went with Prominent for our home repairs of a roof, siding, and skylights. FIrst off, I have to say that the final product looks amazing! What a lot of people don't realize is that there will always be mistakes along the way and everything isn't perfect right off. If you hire an out of town storm chaser then you'll be stuck with these mistakes because they'll be gone by the time you see them. The guys at Prominent take pride in their work and make sure to fix anything that doesn't look right straight away. There were times when they were doing an inspection on the work and noticed things that even I didn't and made sure they were fixed and looked right. I truly appreciated that and it truly made them a trustworthy and top notch company in my mind. I'd call them again in a heartbeat. I worked most closely with Rob, Eddie, Mark, and Charles. All of these guys went above and beyond! Thank you all and don't think twice about calling them if you're in a similar situation or are thinking of upgrades in the future.

I worked w Eric and had the best experience. My family was going thru some very hard experiences and Eric was kind respectful and no pressure on me. I put my trust in him to make decisions I just could not make at that time. He went above n beyond what SHOULD not have been expected of him.
