Corner Home Medical

I met with Anita at the Maplewood Corner Home Medical yesterday to get fitted for a new CPAP mask and get new supplies. I had a wonderful experience working with her. She is very knowledgeable and took the time to make sure that I got the best fitting mask. I will definitely see her again when it's time for my new supplies.

Wonderful experience with getting my dad's C-Pap fitted. Anita was very patient and helpful.

We also had a great experience with getting my mom's walker. Melissa went WAY above and beyond helping us navigate the Medicare mess!!

I was on a trip back home to Minnesota and needed assistance getting a compliance report from my machine. I knew Anita from the Woodbury store and was pleasantly surprised to find her now working in Maplewood. Anita is amazing, professional and friendly.
She's knowledgeable on all the different products and so helpful to get me what I needed, even though I am no longer a regular CHM customer since moving to the Southwest. She's also fun to chat with, and remembered me from more than 3 years ago.

Needed a wheelchair for about 7 weeks. My ankle surgeons office handled everything sent order to Corners Maplewood store. One little
blip happened sent a very large chair needed a smaller one. Delivery driver Chris Williams let the store know and hoped to come later. Ended up next day but it all worked out. Chris is very good at his job! Maplewood store staff was also very helpful. Thank you Corner Home Medical!

The VA ordered a hospital bed for home use so my husband will have it ready when he comes home from the hospital. It was delivered and set up on time by a GREAT guy named Don. He was so quick and efficient and was SO helpful! He explained all the controls and what each feature of the air bed does. It even came with a bedside table. We are absolutely delighted with this wonderful service!!!

This office of Maplewood, MN. worked very hard on helping me to transfer all of my medical reports from my previous state. As to where I am able get all that I needed to feel safe with my new C-Pap machine. Kim and Anita was very informative and so kind in helping me to feel comfortable knowing I was in good hands. Kristin at the home office stayed on top of also making sure that things were getting answers from the doctors office. I am very happy to know that I chose this business.

Called and talk to Anita about stopping in for a nebulizer. We arrived about a half hour later and she had it ready to go. Called my husband Charlie by name when we walk in.
Could not have ask for better service.

I gave this place 5 stars because the first time I went in (before my surgery, 2 weeks ago) I had great service from the gentleman that usually doesn't work on the floor. He gave me 100% customer satisfaction, very friendly and very good advice. I also went in today (after my surgery) and Jodi helped me find what I needed and also took a piece of equipment out of the box and set it up for me to try. I ended up getting something else that was a better fit for me but that's beside the point. She was very friendly and helped me and didn't rush me or anything. She was great. I would recommend this place for anything that they sell. Thanks again guys.

Kim was extremely helpful and willing to help us coordinate every detail of the experience. Anita was wonderful, patiently walking us through the entire process - from equipment to insurance - no question was left un answered.

Corner Medical has been great and Anita, at the Maplrwood store, has been the BEST!!!! She’s patient, kind, extremely helpful, in person and on the phone!!!! Not being able to get answers from the Doctor’s offices or elsewhere, this lady…not sure what I would have done without her!!! I cannot say enough wonderful things about you Anita!!!! Thank you for all you do for me snd others!!!!

I came in for a c pap for my fiance and had a complicated insurance issue. Jessica was helpful, kind, knowledgeable, and friendly. She figured everything out and made us feel comfortable with the new equipment. We were able to get set up with everything right away. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

I was very happy with the service. Anita is a great trainer and Kim was efficient. Training on a CPAP requires patience, knowledge and the ability to make the person being trained comfortable. Anita has all of that!
