Mr. Madden and the entire crew at Carpet World were fantastic. We had LVT flooring installed throughout our entire home. The work was done in one day, they left behind no mess, and did fantastic work. Our new floors transformed our home. Mr. Madden was patient and allowed us to take our time before making any final decisions. We would recommend Carpet World to anybody!

Easy, Efficient, Ecstatic!! It had been over a dozen years since our Chiropractic office had a fresh coat of paint and a new carpet. First person I called was Dave Federici from carpet World in Paramus. Thanks to Dave and his team we decided on Tile carpet. The color and pattern is fantastic and welcoming as you walk in. We recently had new carpet installed by carpet world and they were absolutely wonderful! It started with our salesman Larry who helped us pick a carpet that met the needs of our home. He was there every step of the way and also called the day after installation to make sure everything went well and we were happy. The men that did our installation did a fantastic job. They were very neat, and professional. They even vacuumed the rooms that they carpeted . Our house looks amazing and I would highly recommend carpet world!!

The best decision I made was to go with Carpet world!! Joe is best. I told him what I was looking for, and he led me right to what I wanted and needed. The whole process was easy. The care and attention Joe gave me was like no other. It's always best to go with the family owned business instead of these chains that could care less.
The install guys were great as well. Fast, and they left my place so clean.

Carpet World is not a flooring chain so what can you expect from a family owned store? Attention to all your flooring needs, not just carpets, extremely knowledgeable people and yes, the owner, Laurence Samuels is amazing! If you're looking for great prices, and quick turn around time, Carpet World is your place too. As you can tell, I've ordered Carpet from this establishment and I love doing business here.

Outrageously happy with their customer service - I truly felt taken care of here. They were kind, honest, and went above and beyond to ensure they were helpful.

You have to stop here if shopping. Amazed at how much product they have to offer as opposed the much bigger store I went to. Plus the quality difference between the products was mind blowing. Then the installation process was fantastic. We actually had some water in our basement right after and they came out to to re lift it and set it back down after the spot dried to make sure we didn't have issues with new floor.

I went to both Lumber Liquidators and Floor and Decor and found wood floors that I liked, but I didn’t love it. My father in law found Carpet World on the internet and we decided to check it out. I’m so grateful that we did!! They have a very nice selection of high quality wood I couldn’t find at either of the other retailers I visited. Dave was excellent in educating us on types of wood and quality. My father in law, who’s a carpenter, came with us and said Dave knew exactly what he was talking about. His installers were very professional and did a beautiful job. Overall, you can get flooring at many places. However, if you want something you love and you’re willing to pay a little bit more, then visiting a smaller specialty retailer like Carpet World is well worth the extra money. Dave and his partner, who’s name I forgot, were both excellent and very professional. I’m also a business consultant and notice businesses that have excellent or poor customer service. I was impressed with Carpet World! Thank you :)).

We met with Dave and he offered us speedy service so that our new home could be ready for us. His team worked speedily and thoroughly. They gave us the best tips and really made magic of our destroyed floors. Dave was easy to communicate with and he was a consummate, friendly professional. We love both our hardwood and the vinyl added upstairs. There was no trace of leftover carpet or dist anywhere. Like magic!

We recently purchased a new wall to wall carpet for our son's room. We had a great experience with Carpet World from start to finish. Larry our salesman was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The installers did a great job, neat and professional. I would recommend them highly!

I would highly recommend this place. Larry was our Salesperson and he was very knowledgeable and spent lots of time with us to pick the perfect carpet. He gave us a great price. And the installers were also great !! They even helped us move some of the heavy furniture !!

I am so pleased with Carpet World; both the quality of their carpets and their professional service make them the go-to for carpets and flooring. Thus far, Carpet World has installed my new living room carpet, stairway/hallway and 2 upstairs bedrooms. I am still planning some other flooring projects (i.e., basement) and will definitely be calling Joe again.
Joe Madden, owner, is a delight to work with and was very considerate of our budget. Installation was on-time and a breeze- I can't say enough about how easy this project was. Had a great experience. When a botched delivery threatened my install date my sales guy Larry was able to keep the supplier on schedule. The installers did a great job.

I have been here twice to do my homework before making a decision on flooring. They have a great selection of carpeting as well as hard wood/vinyl flooring. And the sales person who helped me both times - Larry - was great to work with. He took the time to explain the differences between various products and answer lots of questions - even though the store was quite busy. This store is a definite must - especially compared to the unnamed carpet store nearby on rte 17 that wouldn't give me the time of day - and asked me to leave because they were closing early! Don't hesitate. Great service and selection!

I work for a large commercial facility. I contacted Dave to see about some flooring to redo a large area in our facility. The floor needed to be chemical resistant and made for heavy weighted wheeled equipment. Dave showed up as planned along with some sample books and some great suggestions and ideas on what we were possibly looking for. After deciding what color and pattern we wanted. we the explained that the project had to be done on off hours and in two sections so we didn't have to stop production. Dave said that wouldn't be a problem at all. The installers showed several days later and were all very easy to work with and did a great job with the removal and installation of the new flooring. Dave and his team were great to work with and would hire them again...............

Dave was professional and knowledgeable helping us with our bedroom floor refinishing project. The workers did a great job dealing with a pretty beat up floor - it came out smooth and with a lovely tone and NO DUST AT ALL! Very clean!

This was my second time working with Dave Federici at Carpet World. He will help educate you on the different types of flooring, explain the pro/cons of each, and stay in close communication throughout the process.
Who knew that installing new flooring requires thought about if there will be a step down/up between flooring types, move the molding, consider if the height of the door frame will create a gap, possibly impact replacing appliances, level of water proof for the kitchen, etc. He really thinks through all of the issues when he visits your home.
First, we had water damage in our kitchen, so he arranged to have the sub-floor fixed prior to replacing the floor.
Second, we had changed our mind about 3 times on the scope of the project, floor type, and timing of the install. We even had to cancel our order at the last minute. Dave was very patient with us and helped guide us through our options.
Third, he works with a true master craftsman who did a beautiful install on our floors. Dave was always available for any questions or concerns throughout the install.
Sure, you can go to a big box retailer, but you will not get the quality of the material, workmanship, and most importantly the service as you would at Carpet World. And when you are spending this much money, you really want to make sure you are happy at the end of the project and that is what Dave Federici will do for you.
