Jermaine and Fernando were amazing. Came in a few days before purchasing and Jermaine was not pushy but still willing to show us the car and go on a test drive knowing we were just looking. Finally decided today to buy the car so came back and Jermaine got us in and out with the Sales Manager Fernando. Both were great and got us to the price we needed. Would recommend!

Kudos to Christian, he asked all the right questions which helped narrow down the car selection process to 3 , and eventually 2 and making the final choice for 1!! He definitely made the whole process simple and easy! We are driving out with a 2024 Honda CR-V hybrid sport touring AWD!! With a good price on monthly payments! Definitely was already stressful enough due to the state of the econmy but Christian and his manager Nick made the whole process smooth sailing.

I recently purchased a new car and came to Planet Honda. I was so blessed to get Frankie. This is the fourth car I've purchased since driving and my experience at Planet Honda was THE BEST. Frankie knocked it out the park with customer service. He was an active listener, very informative, extremely helpful, and very welcoming. I left with the car I wanted. He even taught me everything about the car and how to personalize it for myself as far as safety features. Moral of the story, I have a new car guy. I went into three Honda dealerships before I found this Honda. Charles (Charlie) was such an amazing Sales rep. As soon as we walked in he came to greet my fiancé and I with a huge smile. The other dealerships the sales people were cold and very short. I feel if you are going to spend over 50k somewhere they should have amazing customer service. Charles did not fall short of anything he was very informative, nice and willing to work with us. He convinced us to test drive the car before buying it, he wanted to make sure we were completely sure about it. He was not pushy which was a huge plus. I am not a huge fan of dealerships but I will definitely be telling all my friends and family about this place and to come see him to get a car! Thank you Charlie for showing how much you icare about the people and not just pushing a sale!
