Angel was the technician that showed up to my home for my furnace repair. He was gracious enough to not call me out for not cleaning up better while I’m only getting 4 hours of sleep trying to get this job but he did the job I needed for my furnace. He submitted request for authorization for a needed part and came back to install it later the same day and I now have heat . Angel was GREAT!

When I went on line for a service call I got a response in a couple of hours. Mike Check responded quickly and was terrific. He came the next morning and walked in and remembered us from several years before when he fixed our ice maker. He fixed my washing machine in about 15 minutes. He was efficient, polite and very nice. We would not hesitate to use him again when needed. Thanks Choice!

I had a good experience with Lorenzo Pineda. He was very knowledgeable about the warranty. I just need to know if I'll have to pay any more after the bank takes out the initial $49.79. Cause I don't have the money to pay a higher rate. I know that Lorenzo said that the payment was $49.79 I think. If I have a claim I don't want anybody taking handling my claim but him. Thank you for listening. Kathy Baker I want to know if you have a place here in Alabama. I don't like what I just seen about the man said that you wouldn't send out anybody to help him with his problem with his heating system. Am I going to be treated like that cause if I am the first time that happens I'll cancel my warranty right then not a minute more. Kathy Baker

I feel like a big weight has been lifted! Putting the care of my home in the hands of choice. Customer Service was top notch! 5 stars all the way when I signed up for a policy today! She was great in answering all my questions and was so polite to me! I once fill safe and secure again!!

The guys at LK Appliances are great. This guy came over and took apart my dryer three times in about 20 minutes to troubleshoot and replace a part that was not function properly. It didn't look broken but when he replaced it my dryer started running fine. Also, I just referred them to a friend. I'm glad that they are part of the Choice Home Warranty team.

We have been very dissatisfied with the service we have been provided or should I say not provided by our current home warranty company. I signed up today for Choice Home Warranty and am impressed so far - lower price, received $75 off and a free month. Am looking forward to a better experience with this company.

So far, I am pleased with my first interaction with choice home warranty. I put in a claim on a Wednesday night at 10 PM The service provider arrived at my house before 10 AM the next morning. The approval, for my replacement was granted an hour after the technician left my home. I appreciate the quick hassle free service provided by Choice.

My experience in applying and securing a new policy was excellent. My questions and concerns were addressed in a timely manner with CHW representative. Representative was courteous and professional at all times and informative regarding the home warranty. Set up was simple and fast. Policy provided is clear regarding service responsibilities.

He was professional and very courteous. What I don't understand is why you had to go 1-way over a 2 hour drive for him. Choice makes it sound like you have these repair people all over, but perhaps who is working the assigning (or worse if it's automatic) does not realize that there are closer repair man to me. Not to mention your window of 3pm-8pm. That I got notice of within 2 hours of 3pm. The repairman was kind enough to call and say he was an hour away and got here around 5:30...Again the repairman was great - but I have second thoughts when comes time to renew.

I called late afternoon and a technician arrived at 9:30 AM the next morning!! Of course, I received an email and phone call prior to his arrival, but I was happily surprised. I worked in the insurance industry for almost 40 years and never saw such immediate response on a claim. Not only that, but the technician was respectful, knowledgeable and intelligent and already set up the appointment to come back to fix my problem early next week. I am so impressed and grateful!!

It’s rare in today’s world that I receive the level of kindness that I did today from one of Choices sales associates. Noah would be an asset to any business because of his positive attitude and his willingness to provide me with all of the levels of protection that Choice offers to homeowners like myself. I have previously had 17 years of home warranty protection that was run by their associates in the Philippines . Every claim was a tremendous struggle because of the communication barrier to say the least. I am looking forward to talking to an American based group of technicians and claim representatives. Thanks again for your level of professionalism.

I am very thankful for your company. You are a blessing to me in so many ways. I emailed Octavia a letter from the company that put the new hot water heater in and also the pictures that he took. She is supposed to get with me this coming week to discuss what's your company will be and me for the new hot water heater that was professionally installed, I couldn't have had a better company to do the work they did an outstanding job.

Thanks to Choice Home Warranty sending out 2 technicians to fix our dryer that was making really loud thumping noise during a dryer load. The techs showed up earlier than scheduled, and replaced an old roller after they disassembled and inspected the dryer. The claim was easy, we were happy that the dryer was covered both parts and labor and we only had to pay the service call. The dryer is working well so far. :-)

Jefry Did an amazing job, not only did he handle the broken spigot in record time but he was personable and professional. Highly recommend and hope if the next time we have a plumbing service call he is the technician who gets the call to come out. :)

So far so good as the saying goes. Used online claim process at approximately 6:30 on a Friday evening, and a Sears representative called and came to our house on Saturday the following day. Part ordered for kitchen stove and date set for repair! Would be great if all repair experiences could be answered this well.

This warranty company stands behind their name. They have prompt communication via email. My first experience with them was good. I filed a claim and had a response within 24 hours with the name of the company that was coming to service my garbage disposal. They promptly communicate and give you updates. Two weeks later it stopped working. I contacted Choice and they informed me being that I was within my 30 day service period they would send the same company back out with no service charge to me. I was very glad to hear this, as I didn't want to pay another $100 service fee. Worked out great and my disposal was replaced with a brand new one. Choice customer service is very good and their monthly fee is reasonable, so let them be your CHOICE :)

Choice warranty reach out to me to discuss my warranty for my appliances and they're very courteous and kind, I asked him to call back a little later and they did. The coverage they offer is better than what I had before and they were able to handle everything over the phone. Brandon Joy didn't have any problem being very careful to speak clearly so I could hear him, I am half-deaf. I chose the extended plan and saved over $1,300 over the course of the plan. I recommend if you're looking for a home warranty for your appliance, plumbing, electricity, give them a call they'll be honest with you and straightforward.

Mt experience was great. All of my questions were answered. The man I spoke to was very polite and I renewed my contract. Then I told him about the problem with my furnace that just occurred this morning. He set up an appointment for a technician to come look at my furnace.
