Came in for a phone charger and walked out with a phone charger. I did brpse a few other sections since technology changes so quickly and it's fun to shop for. The sales people were nice, informative and not pushy, which was a huge plus. Gave me the information that I wanted and admitted when they specifically couldnt answer a question. I would go back.

Went looking at security cameras. Santiago provided excellent information regarding the Blink Outdoor cameras and sync unit. Plan to do a bit more research online before purchase. Impressed that the sync unit can store 6 hrs of video on flash drive, eliminating the need for a cloud subscription.

When I upgraded my iPhone my Apple watch stopped working. The Geek Squad promptly did the needed updates and all was good.

This is where I will always buy my computers at. This Best Buy store has a great team not only to help you decide on which computer to buy but a Geek squad that will transfer all my files from my old hard drive to the new computer.

Just bought a new ipad mini and the staff was very helpful with my trade in and new purchase.

I bought a new phone! Today it's easier to buy a lethal weapon. The number of steps required to purchase, activate, trade in are more complicated and confusing than medical school acceptance. But my guide through this fiendish procedure, Jackie, confidently negotiated the arcane rituals while never losing her cool or her warmth. Occasionally she would coordinate with colleagues in a display of teamwork one might associate with an action movie. Bravo sales associates! I hope you all are adequately compensated,

This is my second purchase with best buy and I must say I'm impressed with their customer service. Granted I have to go to three stores (Paramus, both stores being the best) to get my items but I got them at the price and quality I wanted. One item was shipped and the delivery was super fast (and the item was intact).
Labor Day is coming I suggest if you're in Manhattan 44 and 5th. Or Jersey either one of the Paramus stores. NJ route 17 North or the one in route 4th. Support your local stores!

This "Best Buy" is really huge, everything is where it should be, it's neat and organized, spacious and clean..

Helpful and friendly staff. Shoutout to Anthony and Marcos in the Home Entertainment area. Both are knowledgeable and helpful. They appeared genuinely interested in answering all my questions without sales pressure.

I always have great experiences at this Best Buy, regardless if it’s online order pickup, in store purchase, or returns. This store has pretty good inventory and website has accurate inventory markings. Associates are helpful and mostly available. In my last visit (couple of weeks ago), an associate got me Dyson hair dryer from the storage selves, when none were available in the regular shelf.
I have had easy returns, with no questions asked. The online order pick up line separate from in-store checkout line, which is convenient.
Being a Best Buy credit card holder (5% reward or 0% interest financing), I get lots of offers and buy lots of stuff, and this is my go to store for those purchases.

I want to start off by saying that I am not tech-savvy. I'm not good with computers at all, but I will say that in my experience, everyone who works at this location is exceptionally helpful, patient, friendly, and accommodating.
I will definitely be going back to this specific location!!!
