Party City

If you are looking to have a party, then Party City is the place to go. First, the balloons are awesome. Big selection and they can last for a couple of weeks. Lots of fun when you have a dozen or so Packed into your car and you are driving them back to your house! Large selection of themed items that match any type of party. We have been going to this Party City for about 20 years now for all our events.

The customer service at this Party City was excellent. I had an emergency situation where Doordash mixed up the delivery address for my order (not Party City’s fault) and the Party City team quickly fixed the issue. Overall, I found the team helpful, enthusiastic, and attentive.

I want to say a huge thank you to the manager there today. My husband went in to order a balloon for my daughter's birthday and was told it's a 45 min wait. With no choice cause I was so last minute I asked him to please wait. The manager came out for whatever reason saw my husband waiting and was so kind as to help him out. Thank you for your kindness and your customer service. 🙏

Just picked up an assortment of decorations, and balloons for my 4 year olds bday! The manager and the entire team were so kind and helpful. Best party city location I’ve been to.

Jennifer Sanchez from the imaging dept. is by far the BEST employee in this store. Not only is she friendly and pleasant to deal with but she possess a wealth knowledge in customer relations and will be the only reason I shop at this store. When I needed a banner done quickly she got it to me timely which speaks volume because the other employee in this store without hesitation said it cannot be done. Great selection, creative toys and decorations. Holiday, birthday, wedding, retirement, etc ... They have it all and usually have decent stock.

I always go to this location. It definitely has made some remodeling improvements. This place definitely gets packed during Halloween time.
