The Home Depot

I have been coming to this home depot for 23 years now. Everybody there is dedicated to helping their customers. I will continue to go there to buy my materials.

This is by far my favorite location in Bergen and Passaic county. The location is clean and very well organized. My recent visit I was helped by Steve who was so helpful and you can tell that he enjoyed his job a lot. He answered all my questions and went above and beyond.

Rob at TSA pre is the best! We did a walk-in, Saturday 1pm and he was extremely efficient pleasant kind and capable. The two new somewhat self-service stations were great. He multitasked well and moved the line along efficiently. What a great service at Staples. We were out in 30 minutes.

Just came out of store and want to give a shootout to Mariama. She is fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Definitely an asset. Thank you for your help and Happy Holidays.

You can basically get anything you want here and if you're not sure you can check ahead online. Staff are friendly and helpful especially with finding stuff as it is a huge location.

I needed rent box truck went to other home depot near me and was being sent store 2 store when I called Paramus home depot spoke to Wendy from pro tool rental told me she would hold vehicle for me as I was 10 mins away explain everything in detail handle everything with professionalism I was blown away .I frequent home depot alot and I have to say this store by far in customer service is 5star.

Matt at the paint section was extremely helpful and pleasant. He really went above and beyond to offer the customers his assistance and had an energetic, cheery attitude when interacting with others, customers and co-workers alike. I am very happy with the service I received today and would recommend this store to others.

One of the biggest Home Depot I've ever been to. It has helpful staff and good navigation, I was able to find everything I need.
Kids workshop is great to spend some time in creative activity with kids.
Parking is big enough.

Great place to do almost any DIY home improvement job at good prices. Also has appliances at good prices. Pros can do their shopping here as well.

This location has a lot packed into it but it’s definitely smaller than most. The selection of items is not as large. It’s close to our home so it’s convenient. If I want a larger selection of plants or other items I will go to a larger store.

"General use"? That carabiner is as big as my head, what general use?!

Great selection of heavy duty hanging hooks. They just reorganized and went bag-less for the new year- better than ever.

Rocco and Norma in the paint section were an absolute pleasure to deal with. I found everything I needed and more. Rocco took me around and showed me the ropes. Norma cracked jokes. They were a hoot, but very professional and helpful. Can’t wait to go back and chat it up with Rocco about the old days in NYC, and tell him how the wood restoration went.

Great help, they walked me to find what I was looking for. All with a smile!

I have rented trucks for moving things such as furniture and love that you can rent it for a short period of time as little as 75minutes

I love Home Depot but also hate it because so many things to buy once you start looking around. Went in to buy a few things and came out spending $1200+ OMG 🤯

Store associates were very helpful. Helped me find all the tools I needed for a home project as well as some good advice

Frank from Hardware was incredibly helpful and professional, personalized and attentive customer service. Hard to find that kind of service these days. Other associates can watch and learn how to speak to customers and understand the point and function of their job. Thanks alot 👍

In home depot there is a variety of products and tools but some recognized brands that cannot be found in the stores need to be introduced, otherwise the service and quality are very good.
