Do you ever get cravings for some Swedish Meatballs with some lingonberry sauce to wash it all down with their fizzy lingonberry beverage? We did and it was a quick off and on at Exit 13A in their awesome cafeteria/food court where it is actually for profit. The rest, that’s a hanger size full of items/furniture … nonprofit 👍
Småland playground where we dropped off our kids who are just within the height restrictions after the extended Covid-19 pandemic closure, it’s a win win. The drop off is 1 hour for IKEA Family Members and 30 mins for non members and weekends, plenty of time for the kids, not nearly enough for the parents/guardians.
For the rest of the store it is one giant maze of displays one after another to spend hours perusing for decor ideas. They now have the Shop & Go App where you can scan everything in your cart🛒and go to the designated register for a speedier check-out. In order to get through the whole store and if pressed for time take the short cuts in the lower level Marketplace.
As always the only wooden items that don’t need any assembly are their wooden pencils 😵 For anything that looks remotely complicated is where TaskRabbit comes in.
Plenty of parking and the bonus, airplane spotting across from Newark Liberty Int’l Airpot. Oh, to top it all off it is at 3.3125% sales tax being in a UEZ area

I have visited multiple IKEA locations but this one is very special because we are aware of IKEA products and shopping it is normal here too but at the parking lot we have spent almost 30-45 minutes watching Airplane landing at Newark Liberty International Airport. As it was summer evening My kiddo has enjoyed a lot. The Beach air, planes landing sound, water sounds/hanger sounds it was completely new feel.

This place is fascinating has everything I needed the most I bought mirrored cabinets from IKEA they perfectly fit into my room. The restaurant has delicious food and very big dinning area and play area for kids I loved this place if you wanna shop around take your time here you will find lots of useful things for your house apartment or dorm I will definitely come back again for more stuff it’s my happy place to shop 😃 at this IKEA Store!

It was a great place plenty of toys for the holiday season it has a restaurant and it’s a very large store with very nice staff.

Big maze same as every country. Only decoration for sample is way different style. Cafeteria is clean and spacious. Swedish meatballs is mandatory for every country and taste are the same. But another menu some are common, some are specific per each country. As I went for 3 places, Thailand Korea and USA. There are menu for each country which is nice. Variety Beverages and most of them are sparkling water, cola or diet cola, coffee, tea. Dedicated utensils and many sauces (4 of them).
Checkout and Payment is the same , with cashiers, self service with camera records and also have delivery. Plenty of car parking.

Fun to walk to get some inspiration or get delicious meals. Or furnitures, doll or etc.

IKEA is the best place for economy shopping to dress up your home with the best sustainable products. Spread across a huge place with multi stories with extensive displays of products and utensils. Added with several candles and plants. Art decors are also exclusive items to dress up your home. After you are done with shopping you can indulge in the Swedish delicacies with a great view of Newark airport.

I have simply too many fond memories racing through the showroom and marketplace levels. And the catering as you watch airplanes take off and land at EWR, which is not far off at all... ☺ the nostalgia I've associated with IKEA Elizabeth is simply too potent.

Didn’t expect to love the food at ikea so much!

If you finding a place to setup your home, this is the best place. Tight from
kitchen to bathroom bedroom to living room, they had everything. I liked so many things such as flat sheets, crockery, furniture, beds, sofa chairs office room and many.
I liked the office room setup. They also had several kitchen cabinets kitchen utensils, they also had pressure cooker.
They had the plant collection as well, I also bought a snake plant and few plant 🪴 pots. Good collection.
Lot of parking, I suggest you to park at the exit door, because if you end up shopping many things, you cannot take your shopping cart 🛒 towards the parking and leave over there.
They had different food options in cadere as well, I had the garlic bread 🥖 and mac n cheese, they also had mashed potatoes, meatballs, beans and more. They had some desserts as well.
If you plan to go to Ikea, plan for atleast for 4 5 hours.
They also had few good deals for some, I got nice plates for 99c and also some plant pots 🪴 also for 99c.
Plan to Ikea with family members to fulfill home needs and enjoy shopping.

Nice huge day to spend here to ship ship ship shop.
They have dining , bedroom , living room , washroom and kids necessities around .
Also they have amazing lamps and stool, ladder , chairs , swivel chair, amazing parking space and even section for babies .

Shopping was good as always. But the food court drinks was different. It was so much better than these couple of years. This time it wasn't water down drinks or flat soda. They were just right. Finally someone noticed there is a problem. Ty to whoever noticed!

The first or last thing to do is have a frozen yogurt cone...or have one each way in or out. There are always new things here. This time I found an air purifier that's functional as a table. Fabulous. So many ideas and at such wonderful prices. The shopping carts are weird in that they can go sideways which makes pushing it difficult sometimes. The food at the food court is reasonable and delicious. The cookies and jams at the grocery area is fun. Enjoy.
An update, there are very few wall wardrobes the go floor to ceiling and these do and I also included the stunning green units wow what an impact especially in person. The wall decor is beautiful and unusual not found in stores like tjmaxx and such. The dressing table mirrors are perfect. Great for dorm rooms too since not too expensive. The collapsible wash bowl is great for cleaning in that it has a scrub board on the bottom to rinse your rag and it has a rim and small handle to carry it around. It saves on cleaning product and smell when all you need may be a damp rag. The shoe rack with mat is great for winter and rainy days in that you can let the bottoms of wet boots or shoes dry out. I have never double stacked them but may try it. Very cost effective and space saver and looks tidy.

IKEA, which has stores in almost every region of the world, makes us feel at home. It offers practical solutions to my home, my workplace, wherever I need it. It always conquers our hearts with its modern designs and affordable products. I go all the time because ikea in the Elizabeth area is very close to me. Even though I don't need it, I also go to travel and spend time. The restaurant inside has both delicious fresh food and very affordable prices. I like Swedish meatballs and salmon the most. Of course, after paying in the cashier section, the hotdog section is my indispensable snack area. I also recommend that we try the vegan hotdog. but in my last two visits, I couldn't eat the hotdog because it was finished early and I couldn't understand why it was finished. I also recommend the healthy packaged food products section other than the cash register section. I can't usually find what I'm looking for in the garden and flower section. I think it would be more useful if this section was a little wider. If you are someone who spends time at home and you like puzzles, it is impossible not to be satisfied with the products you buy from IKEA. Everything in our ikea house.

Very Nice store, has just about everything you need in home furnishings. Picked up a Night Stand, 6 draw Dresser, and Bookself. All look really good. Their food court is really good as well.

First time at this Ikea location. It’s very close to the Newark airport which made it very convenient for me at this point. Since I had previous experience navigating IKEA stores, I did not have a problem finding my way around. The items I had pre-paid for were ready and waiting for me. You cannot take shopping carts out into the parking lot but they have a useful locker system for single shoppers where you can lock up your whole cart while you bring your car to the loading area. Worked out well for me.

So they gave me really good ideas but nothing i wanted (billy bookshelves) were in stock. So that kinda sucked but besides that it was a good time and staff was helpful
