Emily was fantastic! From the moment I walked in she immediately helped me find what I was looking for. It was my first time shopping at Ferragamo and she was patient and insightful. Highly recommend going to Emily when you shop here!!

This is my second review. I had shopped something a few months ago and had some issues with the product. The salesman Hugo went above and beyond to replace and resolve the problem. Being in the service industry myself, I see very few professionals that are genuine and authentic and that’s what I found Hugo to be. Most people are great during a sale but when they need to resolve issues they are not as helpful. I am definitely a life long customer and that’s thanks to Hugo. He is a Super Star. The store has a great collection to chose from.

I placed an order for a custom belt back in February. Long story short, when it finally came in 3 months later it was the wrong size. Adriana assured me they could get it fixed and have a new one sent. I told her to just cancel and refund. I was very frustrated and annoyed as I have purchased numerous things from SF, especially the Short Hills location. About 3 weeks later a small little package came to my house as a "sorry for the mix-up we are still here" I guess. I was understanding as these products are made in Italy and things take time etc. after a few more weeks and my kind of putting the whole thing aside, I get a box at my house that's huge. That's an FS thing - big huge boxes. I opened it up and there was my custom-ordered belt in the correct size. I was very happy. Thank Adriana for making that happen and not just processing the refund. I hope to see you soon in the store. Thank you, SF Short Hills staff.

I prefer precise German engineering in my sports cars, yet prefer the quality Italian craftsmanship from Ferragamo :) Always love stopping by to see the latest shoes, and the entire staff is super friendly and Adrianna in particular. I receive so many compliments on my shoes and it's always a pleasure shopping with Short Hills Ferragamo for anyone looking for a fancy pair of new shoes!
