I love their shoe section...they have the best sales! Also, their makeup section is pretty amazing. I love the selection of brands and items are always in stock, unlike some other places. Plus, there are sales folks there when you need them but they aren't bugging you every few minutes...I like that.

Great customer service, clean, and with of variety to choose from whether its clothing brands, colognes/perfumes, or footwear. They have two floors to roam around, including bathrooms, and parking right in front of their store. They were also running a 15% VIP sale on everything on this particular day.

Great deals in furniture! The furniture salespeople are attentive, but the store employees in every other department I went to are inattentive at best.

All the boutique stores are wonderful to shop..PROFESSIONAL customer service and their is a pop-up bakery shop that has the most DELICIOUS FOOD ...can't wait to go back..😋 😍

It is my first time going to the store. It's very busy with a lot of people. The fragrance department was absolutely helpful in finding everything I wanted. I tried about about 15 different clones because I want to find the right one and I got the right one and then I happen to buy two more and the two ladies at the sales desk were amazing. They help me with everything. I really appreciate it. I didn't get their names, but they were very nice and very helpful.

I was looking gor a nice bag ..I went to Gucci and Louis ..I could not purchase anything cause the bags was over $1000 ..I went to Macy's looked around and I also met Ms Lorraine who was more than helpful .I ended up asking her for her personal opinion on a bag ..I was so skeptical Ms.Lorraine gave her opinion and I ended up with a beautiful Coach bag ..I so Love Love Love the color ...Thank You Ms Lorraine for all your help... Great place to shop and work don't work here anymore but loved my time there before I moved down south. Great deals in the last act sections. Amazing customer service.

I love the fragrance and cosmetic department, everyone is so kind and helpful.

Last act is so official. CK crossbody bags were discounted to $36. This location is well stocked even on the discounted items.

Still the best department store for ladies clothes.

A sweet employee made my day at Macy's today. Her name is Tricia S. from the personal shopping department. I have been shopping for weeks for a wedding that I am attending and she is the kindest person! I have shopped at the same Macy's for over 35 years and I never knew about this service. I am so grateful for meeting her. Thank you

Was waiting to check out. Had a pair of shorts in my hand. A woman from across the store grabbed my attention and flagged me down to come to her. Her register was open. I’ve never had that happen to me. Lately it seems customer service has really gone down hill. Tricia was super friendly and really a pleasure to deal with. I asked for her name because the second she actually came to get me since her register was open. I knew I had to share my experience. Was blown away her friendly she was. Helped me order the shorts since my size wasn’t in stock. Thank you again.

I generally shop at Short Hills but due to the pandemic I have found a new love called "Shop online and pick up Curbside" and this my darlings has been AMAZING!!! 😆 🤣 😂 found the perfect gloves and matching shoes for the holidays all while in my Pj's
