I am a companion caregiver to a wonderful client who has dementia. My client wanted to go shopping to Talbots on Monday ,so off we went! I was concerned as my client suffers with anxiety as well. Lisa,the store manager and Roseann the sales associate were compassionate and professional. They put my client at ease,so much so that she actually enjoyed the experience and was able to articulate(she usually has difficulty with speech) her sense of accomplishment and gratitude. These women provided a bright spot in my clients usually dark day,and also helped her with getting beautiful new clothes. It was win/win! Thankyou!

I am a regular Talbots customer at this particular store, and every single experience I've had there has been pleasant and productive. The staff is friendly, knowledgable, and never pushy. The products are sophisticated yet truly fun to wear, and their quality is top-notch, with interesting choices in beautiful fabrics for every season.

Always find something great on sale for a great price that fits well. Perfect clothes for middle age women who work.
