I was greeted by Shawn who is the security officer. She was absolutely lovely and pointed me in the correct direction. Soon after I met Brendan with whom I spoke on the phone. He met all my needs and could not be more accommodating as he did so. I have been to the store in NYC and it does not compare in customer service to the Short Hills store. I will be buying my holiday gifts in Short Hills. A+ experience.

I received A1 customer service from Diane Luo. I called in for a specific bag and she assisted me in a timely manner. I was amazed by the great customer service she gave me. The store is well kept and organized as it should be. I absolutely recommend this YSL store.

Leo is the best SA I have had in any of the stores (and I have one in almost every luxury store). He is amazingly attentive and knows exactly what I need, he is always thinking steps ahead of me when I shop! His follow up the day after my first purchase with him is why YSL has become my brand, because he is SO amazing to work with!! Could not be more excited for more purchases and the full store to be complete 🤩

Diane is so attentive and friendly, spent about an hour with me and my friend helping to choose out some shoes and a bag. Made sure we loved what we picked and helped my friend with shoe sizes. Texted me and made sure everything was okay! Def my rep from now on 🩷

Went in today to bring my son to purchase an item he’d been saving up to buy. He worked all summer to be able to buy it. They treated him as if he was any other Saint Laurent customer. With respect and professionalism. I would definitely return to this store (black espadrilles, I’m coming for you) to shop in the future.
