Mike is a top notch barista and is so welcoming. His LONDON FOG is the best I’ve ever had. He was so kind to my mom and me when we visited and recognized us by our second visit. I also love the maple smoked latte with oat milk. Great pastries, ample seating (it gets busy in the morning), and friendly staff.

Amazing little coffee shop in the falls. Why would anyone go to the Starbucks down the road?? This was one of the best café mocha I have ever had, truly unbelievable. The cookies were delicious, however get there early as they lose freshness quickly because our chocolate one would have been even better had it been less hard.

This is a great place to get coffee as well as baked goods! I have had their coffee cake, sour dough bread, cinnamon rolls, and various other treats... all of them are delicious. The staff here are amazing and super friendly (Sky makes the best cappuccino's). I cannot wait to go back!

The vibe at Heartwood Coffee Roasters is one of the best things about the place. It's trendy, welcoming, and cozy all at the same time. The aroma of freshly roasted coffee beans was heavenly. Despite being a bit busy, I felt comfortable and relaxed, and the staff was attentive and friendly.

Now, let's talk about the coffee. I tried their cappuccino, and it was fantastic. The barista knew their craft. Bold and strong. The foam was airy and light, providing an excellent contrast to the espresso's intensity. The cappuccino had the perfect temperature and taste, and I enjoyed every sip. Lead roaster Nick Wise knows his beans.

Overall, Heartwood Coffee Roasters is an exceptional coffee shop that you don't want to miss when in the area.

We were there for just coffee having just ate lunch elsewhere. There are lots of coffee choices to suit everyone's desires including seasonal creations! Everyone chose something different and all agreed the hot beverages were delicious! Only negative was from the young mother in our group, she said there was no place in the bathroom to change a baby.

I love this coffee shop so much! The employees are very kind and the food is amazing, as well as the coffee of course. I am diary-free and they have a lot of options. The only thing I do wish is that they didn’t close at 5pm. I like to enjoy coffee shops at later hours to work/study or read. Please change your hours 🙏

This place is amazing! Such a cute coffee shop, the coffee is amazing and reasonably priced. A great spot with all sorts of seating. The staff was super friendly.

CAPITAL COFFEE and SERVICE...!!! It's a convenient spot on the main drag in Chagrin Falls. I was curious about the coffee there and the staff explained to me they have a particularly interesting roast for an espresso that combines coffee beans from Kenya and Columbia. They brew it with a premium quality coffee and espresso maker which produced a magnificent pick me up.

I returned today and the barista, Heather, was particularly helpful and friendly. She explained to me what some of the different treats were that they offered. I had the bacon and cheddar scone which was surprisingly delicious. It had a nice chew, was tender, and moist. It was exactly what I needed and I can't wait to have another.

Lastly the cortado that Heather made me it was extraordinary, like something at a fine dining restaurant in Paris. I am new to this area but will return again and again for that coffee, scone, and service!

Heartwood is a very nice coffee shop located in downtown Chagrin Falls. There menu is straight forward and easy to read. The service is very quick and the art is a nice added touch! Overall, it’s worth the visit.

A-maz-ing! Delicious coffee, friendly staff and helpful as they know their product, and the ambiance is very nice as well. I hope they stick around a long time here. I’ll be coming back. Great place to meet for business or a coffee break.

I wish I would have taken a picture but omg the avocado toast! I've ordered it before and I've gotten coffee here a few times and this amazing cafe never disappoints me. Friendly staff, amazing atmosphere and beyond delicious quality food and drinks. I ordered the avocado toast once again and I'm not sure but it was SPECTACULAR. I'm a big supporter of making my own but the price was fair considering it came with 2 pieces of toast and not just one. The flavor was impressive I now may have to make this couple of month trip more into a once a week.

Come on…you really can’t beat this place! In adorable chagrin falls, incredible coffee with fun seasonal offerings, delicious pastries made by their bakery, great vibe with lots of windows and plants. I love to come here to work and to spend time with friends! Know it is quite busy on the weekends, but for a good reason! If they’ve got a loaf of their sourdough for sale, make sure to grab that too!

This local coffee roastery/cafe is truly something special. The owner takes immense pride in what he does, his staff is friendly, and the coffee is just delicious. I usually sweeten my coffee, but theirs is so good black that I don't need or want to. If you like espresso drinks, theirs are top notch - I love the Cafe Miel and the Chocolate Latte.

Also, how gorgeous is the cafe itself?! I love the aesthetic so much.
