It's a sad reality that in this day and age we celebrate a store for doing exactly what they all did 30 to 50 years ago. Customer service was the utmost importance, followed closely by experience and of course the expertise of the proprietor and employees. We all remember the hardware stores before Home Depot, filled with knowledgeable employees who can help you with almost anything you were looking to do. Peter's store for men in downtown chagrin Falls has been the only place for the last 20 years that I've purchased a suit from. If you're looking for a truly custom feel without the $3000-$5000 price tag, you have to come in and visit this store. They only sell fine clothing so everything you purchase from there near custom shirts to of course their suits will be among the best you own. If you are looking for fitted or custom-made shirts and suits this is one of the last stores that can actually accommodate that. Sure there are mall stores that claim similar quality for less, but it's not true, they sell a lesser quality material to make up the difference. Peter has been a hallmark of Chagrin Falls for decades, if you haven't been there stop in and trying to suit. You'll be glad you did.

Had to get a new Tuxedo shirt in a hurry. They helped me promptly, and even had my size! Amazing! A quick alteration and it'll be ready tomorrow, just in time for my trip. Consider me a new customer for life! Many thanks!

Only reviewing for alterations. The website clearly states “outside alterations are welcome!” but when I called I was advised they will *not* alter anything not purchased directly from them. Suggest changing the website.

Came in to get measurements for a wedding im going to.. what kind of suit store doesn't help with measurements. None, what that really means is I won't help you because your not buying something today. I know I won't be coming back for when I need a suit, which I will need as a body builder I grow out of my clothes every 6 months to a year.
