How do I begin to express my love and admiration for MC studio? First, this cultivating and enriching environment that I, so lucky enough was able to grow up in will always hold a special place in my heart.

My mother, Carlene Holtz, the owner and beautiful mind behind the studio created her business as a space for ME to grow and develop in a safe and homelike environment. Over the years, the business evolved from an art gallery to a fully licensed arts-based preschool and child care center.

The studio now has come full circle making its way back to an art gallery with studio classes as well as a small preschool, in a brand new location that will thrive from positivity in a respectful community.

The amount of selfless dedication and hard work that went into this new transition is truly inspiring, and I know all of you who enter into these doors will have your life touched in the most beautiful way, just like I did many years ago...

This new location has it all! Professional artwork for sale, a fully stocked classroom/studio for Art-makers of all ages and mediums, and even an incredible little preschool. Here your kiddos get individual attention, and have a safe environment to build life-long memories in. The arts make every part of life better and I'm happy to have my art, my skills and my son involved with this studio.

Our grandson started with Miss Carr's group at the age of 3. He received a wonderful foundation for kindergarten and first grade. The most important lessons he learned were compassion, social skills and group participation. We found more than just a daycare program. We found a family and a "village". We were blessed to have MC Studio as our child's introduction to learning.

Our 18 month old daughter, Lela, has been at MC Studio since she was 6 weeks old. Dropping her off the first time was one of the hardest things I've ever had to do! I burst into tears as soon as I set foot in the building. I'll always remember the hug Miss Car gave me that day, reassuring me that I'm not alone in this fear of leaving my baby, and that Lela would be loved and cared for while I was at work. That has been true every day Lela has spent at the studio, she has been loved and cared for like she is their own. I have watched her learn, grow and develop into an incredibly smart, outgoing and social toddler. She is advanced in nearly all aspects of her development. She loves the studio and when I tell her it's time to leave for school in the morning, she is running for her coat. I am incredibly grateful to the MC Studio staff and Miss Car for developing such an enriching environment that provides much more than childcare. MC is a second home for our daughter; a safe, welcoming place where she can not only grow, but truly thrive.

My two children attended Summer camps and the before/after school program at the MC Studio Burton location for 6 years and enjoyed it very much. Miss Car and her staff were excellent and my kids were able to enjoy many “extras” such as gymnastics, art projects, baton twirling, trips to Geauga County fair and Century Village, library trips and LEGO Club, fishing, bike parades around Burton Circle and much more. They cultivated numerous friendships during those years and have many good memories.

My son loves going to MC studio! The teachers are amazing with the kids and everything is kept so clean! He absolutely loves the focus on art and is always excited for gymnastic days!

Beautiful unique art gallery coupled with amazing studio and preschool in the Chagrin Falls/Russell area. Teachers are professional and attentive, creative and amazing. Great place for creative based learning for you little ones!

So much blood, sweat, and tears have been put in to making this business thrive as well as it has. MC Studio is a business I connect with personally due to many many years spent there at Camps and Art Classes.
