I called the head to ask if they had a certain type of washer. The staff was very helpful and went to check so that when I arrived it was ready to go. I've stopped in this ace a few times for different things and so far they've had everything I wanted and everyone has been extremely nice and helpful.

There have been a few times I stopped here to grab something for work, and this is one of the most helpful hardware stores I have been in!

Each time the staff has been extremely helpful, going above & beyond what most people might do to help. On one occasion the manager was juggling multiple responsibilities & customers, but still made time to personally walk with me & help solve my problem.

The staff here have made each experience a good one, and I am grateful for their help!

Refreshing to visit and shop an old school hardware store. We need to support the local entrepreneurs whenever possible. The store was well stocked, clean, and was asked if I needed help more than once. Thank you, it was refreshing.

Just love Ace Hardware stores. They have everything I need; saving me from walking miles in the big box stores. The staff is always helpful, easy check out, and I can save my walking for the outdoors.

They were very attentive and nice at this store. It is great having it close by when I can’t find what I am looking for from Chagrin Hardware, which is my first choice.

Unfortunately, there is an overwhelming smell of chemicals in this store. In the 10 minutes I was there picking up a few items, my clothes wreak of the very strong and previlant chemical smell from all the toxic lawn care bags they have sprawled throughout the store. It was hard to breathe!

Someone saw this review and is addressing my concerns. They simply need some air ventilation going into this store to vent the smell. Hopefully they will fix the problem.

I'm incredibly happy this store opened in the "hood"! Have been there a handful of times and each time the staff has been very welcoming and helpful......hey, wait a minute....something's coming to me........"Ace is the place of the helpful hardware man!"....................What, I can't use "man"? I have to use "human"? Nah, I like to original better!!! Just to keep the peace...."keep up the great work humans!" :-)

Great store! Well staffed. So convenient. The mantra for this store is “Thank god I don’t have to go to Home Depot!” So happy this store is here and give this community what it needs!

Wonderful service. Associate Debbie answered all of my questions and helped me find exactly what I needed. Nice to have someone friendly and helpful to make my shopping experience easy and quick!

Easy parking, great selection of bird feeding items as well as cleaning supplies, hardware, tools, and home repair items. It's not a big box, thankfully, and staff know where to find items you want.

Thank you to the associate who had the best answers possible for my hard to answer questions. You were a great help and the cleaner you suggested for my oil stained patio worked really well....
