I had a total of 9 large boxes shipped to me by the store. These people went above and beyond my packing expectations. I mean a very professional job. I recently took some heirlooms to the UPS store in Bainbridge, Ohio to ship from Ohio to Pennsylvania. These were framed documents of my grandma’s birth certificate (from the late 1800’s), her confirmation certificate and my grandparent’s marriage license. I was afraid of packing myself and was very concerned that they would get to their destination with the glass intact. The employees assured me they would take the utmost care in wrapping these to prevent any such damage and they were true to their word. The framed documents were received at their final destination unscathed. I would trust them to pack and ship anything of significant value, not just monetarily but very, very precious memories as well.

The couple that runs this store are so friendly and helpful. The same goes for any employee that we encounter there. I will not go anywhere else for sending packages or getting papers notarized. They go above and beyond to help you and I know whatever I am sending from there will be sent in a timely manner.

I recently visited this location to ship several large boxes. I had a special situation where I needed them to hold the boxes for me for several days so that they would arrive no sooner than when I got the new keys for my apartment. I was nervous that they wouldn’t be able to do this, but the store owner was incredibly kind and explained that they could in fact ship them a few days later so as to arrive at a really convenient time for me. Also, the store owner took time and care to explain the whole shipping process to me and how the insurance works. After he carefully processed my shipment, I realized there was a long line behind me as I did have quite a large shipment, but he was so patient it made me feel that I was the only customer there. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and this location has made a very stressful move a much better experience than I was expecting.

Never have I ever wanted to visit the UPS store...until coming into this location.

In fact, if you're anything like me or the other regulars, you will look forward to your visits. At least once per week, I'm printing, shipping, processing returns, getting a document notarized or just picking up a pack of paperclips because, let's be honest, we all need paperclips and never have them.

The owners of this location have all at once masterminded the art of expediency, having an immaculate store and, most importantly, superb customer service, the kind of customer service that is all at once professional and personable. The kind of service where you're in and out and yet they greet you by name when you come in.

So yes, come here a few times and you will keep coming back. All those random things you need to do, but put off, will get easier because you will look forward to it. If you're anything like me or anyone else that visibly looks excited when they come in the door, come to the UPS store in Bainbridge, they have more services than you think.

By far the friendliest and most helpful staff anywhere! The store is spotless and I never have to worry about my packages. Customer service here is so great, I’d definitely recommend!

As the reviewers before me have said, this is an exemplary business. It's a beautiful, clean and neat facility which is staffed by some of the friendliest and most helpful people I have encountered in a long time.

I have been there numerous times and have required help with the computer re some Amazon returns and they dropped everything and helped me (and were friendly and patient in doing so) Who does that anymore? It's like being in a time warp...you know-- when customer satisfaction being a priority was the rule rather than the exception!!

Ardie and his wife Gayle run this UPS store with such kindness and attention to detail. They are amazing! I had to send about 20 paintings over the last year and each one was packaged with such incredible care, that every single painting arrived safely!! They are the gold standard.

I will only ever ship using UPS and from this specific store moving forward. Ardie is hands down the best service representative I have ever had the pleasure of encountering. He is so helpful and professional. I even called UPS Corporate's number to leave a review about how amazing his customer service is. I'm making this post specifically so that he can get the recognition he deserves. This store has never let me down, and I highly recommend it versus any of UPS's competitors, or even other UPS locations.

I am a regular here and can say that this location has proven essential to me in running my business. I make multiple visits per week, sometimes last minute and the owners and staff have been nothing but pleasant and accomodating. Easy five stars.
