Arborwear Flagship Retail Store

An outstanding casual and work outdoor clothing store. Arborwear's name brand clothes are stylish, well sized, and well made.I have bought several items ranging from their classic hoodie, long sleeve shirts, short sleeve tee shirts, and cargo shorts. Each of these items is true to size, wears well, and is comfortable.

There also have been occasions where I was dissatisfied with how the clothing item bought wore. When I returned my purchase, the employee handling the return listened to my concerns. Promptly with no hesitation or excuses, the employee refunded my money.

Every time I shop at Arborwear I am treated well. This store goes the "extra mile" in customer service and appreciation!!!

I visited the new store last Thursday morning. The two ladies at the counter were amazing. They made sure I had all the help I needed. Answered all of my questions. Listen to a few stories about Bill. They were the best! From all the climbers, grounds people, PHC tech, Sales Arborists, from the state of Florida, forget that....the south.....THANK YOU FOR THE BALSA PANTS! It's like you thought of what we needed and delivered. Arborwear is the one store I can go and shop freely and not get in trouble! Well....that is if I remember to buy just as much for my husband! WE LOVE YOU BILL and all of Arborwear!!!!!

The people at this store are extremely nice and helpful. I had issues with some carolina boots I bought. They contracted carolina for me and helped me through the whole process. Even after a second pair of Carolina Boots failed they again helped me worked with me to find a pair of boots that would fit and had all the features needed for my job. I cannot recommend this store enough, it is very hard to find people that actually care and are generally good nice people that want to help.

I should also add I typically do not review things. That's how happy impressed I was with the service here

Why did I award Arborwear in Chagrin Falls the coveted 5-star award? Because:
(1) They carry high quality merchandise - I am particularly addicted to their DriRelease t-shirts because they wash and wear PERFECTLY. Hubby loves them too! [Just wished they carried them in white.]
(2) The place has a very cool outdoorsy vibe.
(3) An exceptional salesperson (Laura L) works there. She always greets me warmly and goes out of her way to help me. She represents Arborwear’s finest!

The sales ladies were all extremely friendly and helpful. The store was very clean and well organized despite the remodeling they had going on.

Always an interesting visit, so many things to see.

High quality clothing and everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Don't be afraid to ask their opinion if you're in between sizes. So far I have the cotton double thick half zip pullover and polyester hooded sweatshirt (my wife keeps stealing this one from me). Well worth a visit!

I stopped in for shoes and the associate was super helpful and knowledgeable about the specific brand I was inquiring about. Walked out with exactly what I needed. Really cool store, too!

This is an amazing company!! I contacted these guys about a benefit we are throwing for a fallen tree climber and they were more than generous. They instantly said yes we would love to help. Their cloths are top of the line and the staff is fantastic!! Keep it up guys.

Very nice store in a cool industrial location. I went there for climbing boots, but that had lots of other stuff too. Supposedly they have a big sale every September. I'll probably try to return for that to get some chainsaw pants.

Wow what a great place and great staff! I picked up a new pair of boots today and feel like I just made some new friends! Everything I looked at was qualy stuff. I love that they have a good selection of Made In America Products. It's a great place, super friendly staff and good pricing. I will be back for sure!

Very cool store for tree workers or anyone who works outdoors! A little pricey, well worth it! Arborwear brand clothing lasts forever! Definitely worth checking out.

Very helpful staff with a wide selection of high quality outdoor gear. Especially great for landscapers and arborists but hikers and outdoors women and men will find plenty to make time outside more pleasant.

I love this place. If you want quality work wear or just quality outdoor wear, this is the place. They have high quality clothing, boots, gloves etc but also items of character like mittens handmade out of old sweaters. Not inexpensive but you get more than you pay for with quality goods and helpful and personable service

One of three places in the region I really enjoy purchasing from. Arborwear makes many of their own clothing pieces, and in a really thoughtful way. They also have an excellent shoe/hiking boot selection and the service people seem to be very knowledgeable. Great stuff.
