If there was higher than 5 start than that is what I would give Anya. I am an out of state investor who knew nothing about the Cleveland market. Anya understood in one email what I was looking for, how to communicate with me, how to educate me, how to help me, and how to find the best investments for me. She is very responsive, always on top of things, understands the local market, and has a large network of great professionals including mortgage and 1031 exchange people. I felt I had a partner who had my back, who put my interest first, and who I could trust in the numerous transactions I had with her from across the country.
