We came to the store looking for a particular candle. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was very impressed with the selection of items they had in their store. I can’t wait to go back and look some more. I told my husband about the custom suits so we will go check it out again.

Had a great experience at Cuffs. Zack was extremely helpful in recommending a present for my wife. Didn’t have enough time when I was there to browse everything. Will definitely be back to do that. Cuffs has a nice selection of everything from wine to clothes and more.

Stopped in while in the area on business. I was running low on one of my trusted Aēsop products and Cuffs is the only retailer in NE Ohio who carries it. My only regret is that I didn't have more time to browse because Cuffs has a great selection of footwear, apparel, and home accessories. I'd like to address one of the other reviews with claims that they did not receive acceptable service due to their race. As a Black man, I usually enter high-end retailers in the US and abroad extremely guarded due to numerous experiences of profiling and unfair treatment. At Cuffs I was treated very well. The sales associate was warm and attentive without being intrusive. I wish I could remember her name. When I'm back in Cleveland I'll definitely carve out more time (and room in my luggage) to shop for a Hermés scarf and cashmere blanket my wife has been hinting at.

Cuffs is a gem. My husband's Hermes tie needed repairs and I found Cuffs through Hermes. I was wonderfully impressed with their service, kindness and generosity. Thank you Zach!

This is my second experience visiting Cuffs exclusively for their Hermès collection and I can honestly say that both visits have exceeded my expectations. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the brand. They are true professionals and care about the needs of their customers. Both times I have shopped here I have been thrilled with not only my purchase but also my experience. A must-see for any and all Hermès lovers in the Cleveland area!

I wanted to take time out of my day to write about the experience I received from one of the sales rep here by the name of Emma. Emma has been very courteous and manner full along with being knowledgeable with products the store has to offer. The best build relationships are not just based on weather a sale is made or not, but the consistency of working hard for customers to obtain what they are looking for and at times offering items which consumers may not know about. Just reaching out to customers asking if they are having a good weekend, how’s the weather, or just a hi, etc. is what shows a business is not just after the money or making more sales. This is how I was treated from Emma and I will continue to support Cuffs because of her professionalism. Ty for making my wife happy, as the saying goes happy wife, happy life. 😅

Very friendly and professional customer service. I purchased an Hermes belt online and it was the wrong size. I was going to exchange it through the website, but selection was limited. I searched and found that there is a shop in Chagrin Falls that sells Hermes (only shop in the state). I read some reviews criticizing the customer service, so I was a little hesitant to stop in. I was greeted immediately with a smile and offers of help from staff. Ebony and Roger both thanked me for coming in and helped me find the correct size belt. It is so much nicer to buy from a brick and mortar shop when possible--you can feel fabrics, try on merchandise, and accurately visualize the colors. Cuffs is a beautiful shop and was packed full of beautiful items from many high end designers. I will definitely be back!

I arrived at Cuffs in a pinch - I was attending a wedding down the street and had forgotten my tie (something I realized ~45 minutes before the ceremony). Zach was incredibly helpful. He recommended a wonderfully dynamic tie that accommodated my last-minute budget. Many thanks, Cuffs & Zach! You all saved me from the anxiety of being awkwardly underdressed all night.

I’m a quick shopper that being said I was greeted by Zach promptly and purchased exactly what I was looking for. He also offered a second option which was appreciated. There was a clutch I inquired about with a second associate and though she informed me it’s material she didn’t know if it was it’s natural color or dyed- this was the only miss. Cuffs being the only Hermès retailer in state you have to take it or leave it; I’ll take it!
Store was very kempt inside/out.
Match books were a nice touch.
2020 monogram ribbon was an added detail to packaging.

Only recommendation would be to ask for the ol’ business card because I’m still not sure if the guys name was Zach, and it’s not on sales slip. That said 5*****

This place is a treasure to have in Chagrin Falls. Very friendly, kind, knowledgeable and professional family run business. Hermes! Amazing wines! Beautiful well made clothing. There really is no other luxary store like this.

So glad I found this quaint clothier in Chagrin Falls. They not only have made to measure and wines but they’re a Hermès boutique too. Despite being small they carry a lot of Hermès items and are able to order some things. The staff are laidback yet helpful and always welcoming which is refreshing since at some of the big Hermès stores pre-COVID the staff acted like helping you was an inconvenience.

A throwback, in the best sense of the word. Classic American style at its finest. Traditional Italian and English style, as well. Extraordinarily good customer service. Highly skilled on-site tailor. If you're affiliated with US, you probably know Cuffs already. If you don't know it, stop by and introduce yourself. You'll be glad you did.

They never try to sell you something you don’t need/want. Purely there to help make a experience that could be a bit daunting a little bit less scary and easy.

Easily the best custom clothery in Ohio. First off, Peter & Zack are great guys. The brands that they carry are phenomenal and a rare find in Ohio (Luciano Barbera, Kiton, Hermes, Turnbull & Asser, etc.).
Plus, it makes a great destination for a nice afternoon in Chagrin Falls.

An absolute gem of a store in idyllic downtown Chagrin Falls. Come for the clothes, but don’t miss the wine selection, which is one of the most unique I’ve seen in the region.

Highly recommended for the best men's clothing in NEO. Suits, ties, womens clothing and jewelry, Terrific wine selections and art gallery. If you go there you will be pleasantly surprised and won't go home empty handed!
