Very nice vet service. I was left without a vet quite quickly, they closed, and both of my dogs needed to see a vet. I did some research and asked around and that is how I came to be here. They were about to get me in with both of my dogs the same day. They dogs were very happy and felt relaxed. Recommend them 100%!

Dr. Binder-Smith and the rest of the staff at Chagrin Animal Clinic are wonderful! My family used to take all our pets there when I was a growing up, and I've been taking my dog Ruby there for years. They have always been very kind and welcoming. Dr. Binder is very knowledgeable and clearly answers any questions I have. You can tell that she and the staff all love and truly care for the animals, so I always feel good with my dog in their care.

LOVE THIS CLINIC! I have been using this clinic for over a year and will never go anywhere else again. They have seen 1 of my elderly cats, helped me respectfully and kindly say goodbye to 2 of my dogs, and are helping me build my new puppy up for a healthy life!

My animals have been cared for by Dr. Stitts, Dr. Binder, and Dr. Rust, they are all 3 amazing women and a huge wealth of experience and information. They have helped me in some tight spots and have always made me feel heard and respected.

Dr. Lydia Rust at this veterinary office is truly wonderful. We have followed her here from another city and would follow her anywhere; we so appreciate her skill, personality, accessibility and warmth. And our Bailey loves her also!

Every one especially Dr. Rust was so kind and very patient with the nervous cat mom. Hank seems to be much happier without all that fur and the mats. My previous experiences with having him sedated to be shaved were not as pleasant and my cat was so much more relaxed this time after the procedure. Thank you

They were loving and caring and patient—everything you want when looking for someone to take care of your furry family member! I could go on and on about how amazing our experience was!! I have taken my 5 dogs and one cat to chagrin animal clinic for years. The original owners of the practice were fabulous. When they retired, a new group of wonderful vets have replaced them. I have always received personal care and prompt attention to my pet’s needs. I highly recommend them for kind compassionate treatment.

I used to live in Strongsville and would drive the 50 minutes it took to go to Chagrin Animal Clinic because I loved them so much. They recently got new vets after the other two who started the practice retired, and they are just as fantastic! I always feel that my dog is getting the best care here and that they go above and beyond to make sure he is happy and healthy!

Took a very sick dog here needing surgery. Dr. Binder was spectacular. So attentive and realistic about everything. Our Pearl is recuperating just fine. We are going to stick with this clinic because of their caring nature!

I talked to Dr. Binder more in 2 days than my regular vet In 8 years. Really says a lot about this establishment!

Dr.Bender was awesome! She listened and consulted rather than writing a script and moving on. She offered assurances and real solutions to try before I had to make end-of-life decisions about my dog. Biscuit liked her too!

Dr. Binder and all the techs who assist her are first rate not only in their genuine care and concern but in the way they communicate their findings and their explanations of our options.
They thoroughly listen to our concerns and answer every question.

The best! I moved from CA to OH last summer, and went to another vet who just fumbled everything. As soon as I walked into this clinic the staff were amazing. One of my cats had soiled their carrier, the lady here offered clean padding, they had treats in the patient rooms, I could wash my hands. They anticipated my needs. The vet was an angel, she talked to my cats like they were actual patients who understood what she was saying. Everyone was so kind and gentle and clear. And they gave me a folder with local resources in the event I need an ER vet or boarding. Jut wonderful. Also they made ordering my cats special diet food easy, by allowing me to order from Chewy and quickly responding to the RX verification request. Even the gal who just facilitated my appointment for me was an absolute angel, I love this place. 10/10 I recommend.

I wanted to update my review from 3 years ago. We have been clients of Chagrin Animal Clinic for more than 15 years. We loved the previous owners and were concerned when the clinic transitioned to new management. However, our concerns were quickly alleviated because Dr. Binder and her team have shown our two Labradors nothing but quality, professional and compassionate care. She is so knowledgeable and so invested in our dogs' health. As all pet owners feel, our dogs are a part of our family and having the piece of mind that they are always a priority at this clinic means the world to us. We cannot say enough about how wonderful our experience has been and encourage all pet owners to consider trying this clinic. You will not be disappointed!

Dr. Scaravelli and the team at Chagrin Animal Clinic are amazing. They spend as much time as needed to thoroughly explain everything. Additionally, they are gentle and caring with your special pets. It is a huge comfort to have such a professional, thorough and compassionate place to go for care!

Seen for loose stool. Staff was great. Received appropriate meds and such. Bruno is doing much better.

The vets and staff are all very knowledgeable, compassionate, and willing to listen and explain. Very kind and gentle with my dog too! Wait time was minimal. Highly recommend!

Update - Dr. Rust has been caring for our kitty, Lilly, for several years. Lilly has a breathing condition and has had a couple upsets with it. Dr. Rust is very skilled in caring for her and giving her the best life possible. Lilly likes her a lot too! Very glad we found this office and that Dr. Rust is there after Drs Eldridge and Scaravellia took their well earned retirement. All the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. ❤🐈❤

Dr. Eldridge and Dr. Scaravelli are great vets. They give excellent care to our indoor kitty that has a breathing condition. Dr. Eldridge is very good with our kitty and patiently answers all our questions. The rest of the staff is always kind and smiling. Clearly everyone is here for the health of the animals and feels strongly about what they do.

We love both Dr Stitts and Dr Rust for all of our pets. We call Dr Rust “Dr Rainbow” because she’s always so positive and is like a dog whisperer to our grumpy Jack Russel, Buddy. Dr Stitts is also very kind and thorough helping us thru multiple surgeries required for a dog attack! I liked Dr Eldridge also though but these new veterinarians are a breath of fresh air!

Would recommend them to any pet owner. Friendly and helpful staff and doctors we are always so patient and sweet with my cats.
