Giant Eagle Supermarket

Visiting Giant Eagle was a delightful experience. The store's well-organized layout made it easy to find everything I needed. The friendly staff was readily available to assist and answer any questions. The diverse selection of fresh produce and quality products impressed me, and the clean environment added to the positive atmosphere. Overall, my visit to Giant Eagle was enjoyable and left me with a great impression.

Love shopping at this very organized and clean store. Everyone is always friendly. They carry almost everything I need.

Just easy to shop at with some great deals no drama

I always have a great time here. The staff are very courteous and friendly. Never had a bad time. And the store is always clean! Managers are nice too. I didn't have enough to buy hamburger in my grocery list and the manager bought it for me!

Where else can a guy get a perfect 1/4 sheet buttercreme frosted white cake at 7am that a friend realized she needed at 6.30am? GIANT EAGLE OF COURSE!
And best of all, EVERYONE I know likes their cakes and bc frosting--no "oi, it tastes like cardboard" complaints with them!!!

This giant eagle has the coolest workers. Ran in here to grab a car charger and got complimented like 6 times. 😂

Geagle is the greatest place to purchase food items such as: water, chip, food, bread(s) and of course, . Great customer service and very clean air in the store. Lots of selections for many people who have been to other locations. However, I’m not sure if there is any automotive oil. Must go to ace hardware for automotive oil 😵‍💫. Also the bread s are very very tasty, especially when you toast it at 2:37 A.M. The tip is to butter the bread before you toast it. That’s how you get the very specific flavor of 🤤.

Bought some of their take out chicken breaded in pieces today. Absolutely delicious. I don't shop at Giant Eagle very often in a way it's a humorous store everything is on sale walk up and down the aisle on sale on sale on sale. They must really think their customers were being a little bit light in the head. How could almost every item be on sale?

Store is always clean. Staff is very helpful. Somebody sure loves to pickle foods around here though. They regularly sell out of the Giant Eagle White Vinegar.

Staff very helpful! Store is clean, well stocked and almost always has more than enough cashiers, even with social distancing making lines longer. This is my favorite GE store to go to.

Conveniently located, and it's easy to find whatever I need. Surprisingly good sushi as well.

Great Giant Eagle. I love that it is open 24 hours a day. Parking lot isn't the best since it's on a slant. One time my shopping cart collapsed and all of my food came flying out. This happened around 9:30 at night. Two employees quickly ran out to assist me and I appreciated their quick thinking and accommodation. Would recommend!

Clean and organized, everything you would expect from a giant eagle. I particularly like the beer, wine, and bakery sections of the store. Nice, large selection of some local craft breweries, beer sold both chilled and at room temperature. Workers in the alcohol section are knowledge and can assist with great recommendations, I have made some good finds from their help.

This is our go to grocery store. It's clean with some up scale features without being overpriced. The deli, bakery, and butcher are all clean and organized without a long wait. The store also has extra features such as pretentious cheese, wine, and beer selections.

UPDATE: Unfortunately the Curbside Express service at this location has gone way downhill very fast. The manager, Ruthy, had it running like a fine-tuned machine and she is no longer working there - and now every shopping order is a borderline disaster. Products are wrong or expired, or they say they are out of things they are not out of. It's a gigantic mess.
NO LONGER RECOMMENDING.

Prior: This review is specifically about the Curbside Express service at the Bainbridge location. I’ve been using this service since November and I will never go back to regular shopping again! The manager, Ruthy, has been excellent about making sure our orders are correct and our products are quality. When there has been an issue it’s been promptly handled and rectified. Always had good experiences inside this store as well but now I don’t have to go in anymore!!
