I came here with my fiancé looking for a wedding band and Lilian was a great help. Very friendly, funny and helpful finding the perfect ring. Of course service is nothing without something that you want to wear, right? We had no issue finding exactly what we wanted and left feeling like we didn't take a hit to our pockets. I will definitely be coming back for all of the holidays.

Lillian was fantastic!!!! She helped my fiancé and I with wedding bands for our upcoming wedding. Everyone greets you with a smile and the hospitality was top notch. Great selections and we left with great rings at a phenomenal price.

3 of my girlfriends and I went to this store because one of them wanted to buy stud earrings, also my other friend had gone to this store a few years back and recommended this jewelry store because of the store's customer service and pricing. The four of us agreed! Lilibeth assisted us and she was honest, professional, accommodating and very easy to talk to. Their jewelry stocks are beautiful and the entire staff was very warm and pleasant. My 3 girlfriends and I ended up buying jewelries. We came in to replace a diamond and buy diamond studs, they have great prices and even better customer service. Harout helped us find everything we were looking for and left very happy, we will be back!

Holly Molly! I expected to spend a good amount of money. So I was surprised when it was half of what I was expecting. It’s our forty wedding anniversary so we want to reduce our wedding bands. We were greeted with smiles, great service and excellent pricing. This will always be our jewelry store.

My family and I had a great experience at The Jewelry Exchange. My parents wanted to celebrate their 35th wedding anniversary with new wedding rings. Olga immediately greeted us when we entered. She was very accommodating. Our knowledge on jewelry is very limited. So with the description my mom gave, Olga gave us options that fit perfectly with my mom’s dream ring and a matching band for my dad. Lilibeth also helped with the final decisions my parents made. I highly recommend The Jewelry Exchange. Their staff is so welcoming and we enjoyed our visit there. So many laughs were shared.
