Panera Bread

We come here on a weekly basis. The food is fresh and healthy, good value for the price. I am an environmentalist and try to do what I can to limit the impact on the environment. I love the Panera store where we stopped on the way during our trip this summer in Pennsylvania where real silverware was provided. I really hope this can be implemented by all the Panera stores!!

I think that Panera, in general, runs a great operation. They have a good menu selection and they are efficient. This Panera is the best one that I have been to. The staff and management are always friendly. The place is kept clean and the food is very consistent.

I'm impressed with their clean and residue-free soft drink tabs and ice machine. I always check for this whenever I visit a Panera store, I feel safe getting drinks.

Not the most friendly customer service especially the one preparing the food. But the store is clean with great seating. The food is good.

Peaceful place to have Panera specific taste

I was visiting the area for a conference and walk to panera every day for a coffee. To my surprise the second day I went for coffee the waitress knew my name and order, she remember from the day before. It felt great, like I was a local. Great coffee and great service.

Here, the Chipotle chicken avacado sandwich and the Signature take chicken sandwich is tasty and feels healthy. Ambience is good. There is enough parking space, but it is little tricky when there are cars already parked and you are trying to fit in.

Quick, good eats! The employees working here are especially helpful and friendly. I needed to find a highchair, and the gentleman working the cash register immediately said he would grab one for me instead of just telling me where they were. When I went to pick up my order, the lady working near the pick up asked if I needed help with the trays (I did!). Best Panera ever. Only complaint is that the bathroom is outside the actual store and you need a code to get in.

Place my order ahead of time, everything was ready and hot when I picked it up. Food was delicious as expected. I had the Frontera chicken sandwich and French onion soup. They are allowing dining in the store now. Everything is spaced out and clean.

Quick service. Delicious food consistently. Love the order tablets that make Rapid Pickup quick. Didn't know until today they served NE clam chowder. Yum

I always come in here to eat and do work and I’m always impressed. Service is always speedy, workers are hospitable, and the ambiance is very cozy, definitely one of the better places to get work done in falls church

Parmesian chicken sandwich is the best one from all chicken sandwich from Panera. This place was clean. This place has lots of sitting area, so you don't need to worry about sit. So enjoy your food. Staffs are also friendly and helpful. Atmosphere is really good. It is just beside the road so you can see it from road.

Eaten at this location many times over the last few years, especially when I lived in VA. It's a nice place, staff is friendly, and food is good. This location is busy, so you might have a hard time getting a coveted booth, especially during the lunch and dinner hours.

Strawberry poppyseed salad was delicious. Everything was fresh and well made. I was not disappointed.

Service at DD down the street was very poor, googled "breakfast" and found this place. I usually don't come to Panera Bread. A young lady preparing bread asked if I was ready to order (i wasn't). A minute later, a gentleman came over and asked if I was ready to order or if I had any questions. "Can I substitute my bread on the sandwich?" "Yes!" No charge for the substitution AND the sandwich was delicious!! (The young man who prepared my sandwich was polite too!) I don't know the price difference between Panera Bread and DD for a bagel sandwich, but now Panera Bread will be my first choice for breakfast sandwiches! Great service AND great food!

Tori provided exceptional service with a smile while taking my order! She was so pleasant. I am so glad Panera has no dairy alternatives like almond milk.
