Remember. They hire people no one else will. These wonderful employees never show up late. Are loyal. Are happy to be employed. Next time you grocery shop... go to giant. My austic daughter fills your orders. Her disorder means your order is perfect as she is precisely accurate, related to her austim. Never had an order wrong.

This has been my back up grocery store for 6 years because it ways has the groceries and toiletries that other grocery stores often lack in the northern Virginia area. It’s clean and has plenty of friendly staff members to assist you with anything. Also, a wide selection of meats, dairy, breads, snacks and produce that is fresh and usually fully stocked. I would definitely recommend you come here for grocery shopping or a quick run to get a needed toiletry item.

I agree with most comments, I don't go to this place for the customer service, it is very deficient, specially at the self service stations.
But...….tonight Jake from the Deli department, was a true example of how customer service should be. Even though the Deli was closed, he insisted on helping after i suggested i would just grab some pre packed turkey. He happily helped me with cutting some fresh turkey slices, and all throughout with a great attitude.
This is the first time in 2 years of me shopping at this location that I get a good service like this, even to motivate me to write this review.
Make sure Jake is being remunerated properly, because he exemplifies what you all as a corporation should have for employees.

Wonderfully located at the heart of Falls Church. Giant is one of my favorite store because there is always abundance of items should in case you need a high quantity of the item you want.
Pricing is also very competitive here.

One of the better Giants that I have come across. Place is clean and tidy. The produce section is great. You can find the regular stuff that you'd need and some more. I especially love the health drinks. The staff are awesome and helpful.

It's a grocery store! If this is the Broad St location the variety is a little less exciting and they don't have everything every time. The Giant on 50 and Gram has bigger selection but not always better.

Much help from both Jiang 🇨🇳 & Prem🇳🇵at the self-checkout. Every time! Lovely ladies, so friendly, and always patient & willing to help me with problematic issues on the scanner. (Today an issue with the receipt being printed, or actually not printed.) 🤠

I enjoy coming to this Giant precisely because of the warm, easy attitude, and the constant availability for assistance even during very busy store hours. 🇺🇸 💛

Shopping here for years and I just want to acknowledge Kristina as such a caring and calm cashier. Even when it's very busy, she is always a welcome presence. I honestly look for her now to see if she is available to help me in the check out line.

One of our go-to grocery stores, and in a great location. Member pricing is nice, and this place is definitely cheaper than somewhere like Whole Foods. Service isn't always great, but the staff are helpful most of the time. They're also a great place to get baked goods like cakes for birthdays, which are also cheap. Overall, a great grocery store.

I love this store. I like the managers, the checkers, they are all so friendly and helpful. My only comment: don't buy red grapes until they fix the problem with them. I've tried for 2 months to buy these grapes and every time there has been something wrong with them. (fine on top, but mushy, oozing. Today I went by to see how they were and there was something like mold and/or cocoons in them. I made the store aware. I'm sure they will fix it.

Thanks. I generally shop at Giant in the 1100 block of Leesburg Pike. The store is clean, well stocked and the staff is extremely knowledgeable and attentive. There is an abundance of parking. I n my opinion there pricing is competitive if not better than the competition. The salad bar, deli and bakery are head and shoulders above the competition. Needless to say, I appreciate the store and it's proximity to me. I highly recommend that others try it and see for themselves.

Great shopping experience at Falls Chruch

I like Giant. It is an ideal shop for needed things. They update the bakery items for all the special days. There is no pile of overloaded toy items but it has very quality pickable.

This store is convenient for me. People are friendly. The deli selection is pretty great. And the produce has improved in the past 6 months. Overall, what you would expect from an average grocery store.

More than just great seafood, lots of other great salads, etc.

Very friendly and fast service, get a really good meal at a reasonable price and then get back to the fun of the Boston Harbor.

The self serve line was busy but the guy responsible for smooth transactions was on point. There were several stockers stocking but they did not know where anything was. They were contract or corporate employees

Such nice employees! But the best part: portable hand-scanners so you can scan barcodes as you shop, then simply pay at the end. It's THE BEST.
