Jeff and his team were awesome. Quick to respond, fair pricing, professional, and they were super super careful with our belongings and our walls, on a super tricky move with big heavy items and narrow stairs. Would definitely use again.

Jeff Grasso is exceptional when it comes to moving. He takes great care and pride in everything he does. This is a small family owned business. You will not be treated as a number and these men do not rush through jobs but they do hustle and get the job done properly. Under Jeff's guidance each aspect of your move will be considered, He makes sure every item is wrapped and secured. He pays attention to every detail and has so much knowledge and experience. Along with this attention to the highest standard of moving items, the pricing is not only fair but very competitive. I have used his company twice now and both moves he has been amazing. Don't hesitate to employ their services. This is truly an outstanding company. I would highly recommend them.
My many thanks and best of wishes to Jeff and his crew.
Moving can be very stressful and knowing you are in good hands can make all the difference.

We were super impressed by Grasso Family Moving. They moved a full truck load of antiques from our client in Malden to our furniture consignment shop in Canton. We have worked with many many movers over the last 18 years and Grass Family Moving definitely stands out as one of the best! They were extremely conscientious, professional and excellent with communication. A big shout-out for a 5 STAR moving company.

Couldn’t have asked for more during the busiest season of the year in Boston. Jeffrey was responsive, flexible, and professional throughout, and Aaron and Jeff were a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended!

Well my moving experience was not great. I hired Grasso because I saw Grasso's employees first hand when they were hired by the stagers who staged my house. So I hired Grasso because I was impressed with the workers. They were very conscientious and careful.
So when I booked my move, I felt pretty confident that things would turn out good. Jeff assured me, that he as the owner, would be at my move along with 2 workers. Although I was a bit concerned that Jeff noted my move as a 1 bedroom apartment. I sold a 4 bedroom house and was down sizing to a 2 bedroom 1400 sq ft home. I explained to him that I had 1complete bedroom set, 1 queen mattress/ box spring and frame, a complete family room of furniture, outdoor furniture, boxes along with basement and garage stuff. He felt confident that there would be enough room. I trusted him as this was his forte. A couple of weeks later, I called Jeff to ask if a scooter could be taken in the truck and he said yes. At that time, I told him I was concerned that he may not have a big enough truck. He assured me and he felt confident that he would . That was not the case. The day before the move, Jeff contacted me to confirm everything and again I expressed my concern about the size of the truck and he again felt confident that we would be fine. Then last minute, Jeff was unable to come and only sent 2 of his workers. One was experienced and the other one, I don't believe ever moved anyone before. He needed to be told everything to do by the other worker, so that used up a lot of time.
I had to speak to the movers several times because they were not wrapping the furniture and they were stacking wood on top of wood. Then they moved the treadmill and cut the wire in half. The worker was not aware of the scooter and also informed me that they do not move any gas vehicles and I told him that Jeff confirmed to me that they would move the scooter. So he did. It took a long time for them to load the truck. I am sure you are curious...NO they did not fit everything into the truck. Needless to say, I was not happy. When we arrived at the new house the movers were tired, which I understand, but they were just dropping boxes everywhere. I couldn't even get upstairs in my house they blocked the entire hallway with boxes. They scratched my brand new hardwood floors in several places and took a chunk out of the sheet rock on a corner in the stairway.
They started at 930am and finally the truck was empty at 730pm. Since the truck was not big enough they did offer to go back and get the rest but at that point I was not going to spend more money because they charge by the hour. So when the worker called Jeff, he was willing to give me his one hour return travel time charge back as a credit. He said he would get back to me about the cost to fix the treadmill. After several attempts we finally connected on the treadmill situation. We agreed that he would pay me $50 for the repair so that I could take my friend, who repaired the cord, out to dinner for fixing it for me. That was in November and I still have not received the money from Jeff.
I wanted to share my experience with all of you so you know what you could possibly be up against. In my opinion, it cost me way to much money for this move and it took way to much time to move!!
