Crunch Fitness - Roanoke

Wow! My first time at crunch and I was so impressed! The makeover from the previous Golds gym is amazing! I loved the sauna and the ladies bathrooms and showers were very clean. The staff was very friendly and the gym was well equipped with a separate part for woman only. This is my new gym! 😊🏋🏻♥

Great gym. There are many classes available, sauna, boxing bags, massage chairs, tanning beds and more. The front desk is friendly and helpful.

I was in town recently for the week visiting family and needed a place to work out so I bought a week pass at Crunch Roanoke. Crunch had everything I needed and I loved how clean and organized everything was. I went to the 5:30 AM HIIT class and I am so happy I did! Nate was amazing and the people in the class made it a great experience. Next time I’m back in town, I’ll be coming back to crunch and attending more of Nate’s classes!

Best gym in the city! Always clean and happy faces greeting you! Equipment is top notch as well!

Only been going for a little bit but customer service has been great no matter what time I've gone from early morning till close. Great drink choices. Love the nautilus machines!

Wow, this place is awesome! Had the pleasure of visiting and all the bathrooms were freshly sanitized and sealed. Atmosphere is great, the staff are amazing and all around great place.

Very nice location. I like the layout. The hydro massage is amazing. The sauna was nice. Good classes.

This is a great gym. Good hours, fun classes, pretty clean for a place with so much traffic. Shane and Patsy are awesome, the rest of the staff is friendly. Selection of machines and equipment are great, although the women's room could use more weight plates that fit on the bar (but otherwise the women's room is really great). I love the sauna too.

I love Crunch gym... they offer a lot of different classes for those who like structure as well as an amazing assortment of machines when you want to do your own thing. Long hours .. tanning beds... and accommodate a wide range of age groups... plenty of different prices for different programs ...there is even a Silver Sneakers program which gives seniors a break and an elevator in case stairs are a challenge.
And for the ladies... you can use the machines on the main floor OR go upstairs and use the Ladies Gym for a little more privacy.
It's easy to find Crunch... it's at the top of the hill next to El Rodeo at Cave Spring Corners.

LOVE. I cannot express how much I love the women’s only section of the gym. I feel so comfortable working out now and the equipment is great. They have equipment for anything you could imagine, I mean seriously, just walking into this place was mesmerizing. The staff is also so energizing and helpful, I love it. The group classes they offer are also amazing and inviting; I can push myself as much as I can, but I also feel comfortable enough to leave when my body has had enough. They don’t pressure you or intimidate you, but they’ll give you the little push you need to better yourself! The locker room and showers are also kept so clean, and the sauna I love as well. A nice way to relax after a workout for sure. They also have tanning beds, hydromassage beds and spray tanning?! Like what! I love this place.(:

Huge gym. A decent selection of good equipment. lots of machines. Staff is amazingly friendly and accessible. Locker rooms are always clean. Great mix of old, young, beginners and serious lifters. Plenty of parking and great location.

I absolutely fell in love with this gym. The layout is spacious and welcoming. The equipment is versatile and top of the line. It’s clean and well cared for. The employees and owners are wonderful and friendly. I highly recommend!!!

Solid gym that has everything you need! The facilities are kept clean and the staff is welcoming but not overbearing. It has a great atmosphere of people trying to better themselves, with no judgement.

This is one of my favorite gyms ever. You need help...they got it! Prices are fair and they have lots of services too. Lots of free weights, plenty of racks, clean and doesn't smell like a locker room either. Got my body scanned and it was crazy all of the stuff i learned about my own body just from one scan!! Definitely a great gym to look into if you are thinking about joining a gym!

Love this place! The new trainer Bobby has made the HIIT classes awesome. Keep up the good work!

Would love to also see a Thursday morning HIIT class offered sometime soon!

I really love this gym. Bobby, the new morning HIIT instructor is awesome! He's knowledgeable, effective, caring, friendly, and punctual. He's an asset to the organization.

Despite some changes in personnel, the crunch fitness classes remain high quality.
I attend the early morning HIIT classes and the group collectively feels Bobby is an amazing trainer!!

Really liking it here. A couple bucks more expensive that Planet fitness but soooo much better in terms of quality and service. People here are about getting it done and that's it. A true judgment free zone.

I went to train here for a day after being years since i have trained here. Back then it was Golds Gym and i must admit i was sad to see the name change but i will be honest this gym does have very nice equipment very clean and friendly staff. from a lifting prospective the bench press is very nice and straight the machines are nice blue shiny look the grips on them are a little thick but overall very effective. I did not see any free wight shoulder presses that i like to see but plenty of stuff to get those shoulders going i suppose. Lots of great squat racks and nice wood dead lifting platforms. As i myself focus mostly on power lifting movements this gym has what i need. It also has crossfit/Olympic weightlifting area as well. I do use chalk when i lift but i only trained for one day so i can not say if staff would have bothered me on that or not. The bathrooms are very nice or should i say locker rooms very nice and clean a very higher class gym. Membership prices range but are very reasonable for such a nice gym almost like a lifetime fitness feel with the massage chairs and overall cleanliness. Great beautiful gym to train in a beautiful area of the valley.
