This place is so amazing I can’t even get a pic before chowing! The brownies. The chocolate cream pie. Are you joking. SO GOOD I requested that mini pie as my “birthday cake”.

I only regret not asking for one 10x that size.

Livin’ The Pie Life is NO joke. If you want the best baked goods in the entire NOVA area, please check this place out. A very special crew makes these yummy treats in site. The staff are friendly, courteous, professional and helpful if you have any questions. Enjoy yourself!

The pies are incredibly delicious and the customer service is so friendly. The chocolate chess pie is to die for. Each bite is a little piece of heaven. The filling is so rich and luscious. The caramel topping is the perfect level of sweetness balanced with a light saltiness. The crust is thick, crispy, and flavorful.

The price point is high, but I think it's worth it considering the quality is so high. The 10" pie was $32 and the personal pies were $6 each. I'll consider it an occasional special treat.

I enjoy baking, but I don't think any of my pies are this good. Not sure if I'm inspired to up my game or throw in the towel and be grateful I didn't quit my day job, lol.

Overall, an absolute gem of a pie shop

I’m visiting from Florida and planned on meeting my son for dinner. While passing through Arlington VA something jumped right out at me and when I tell you I couldn’t of turned my car around fast enough, when I saw PIE written in soft glowing neon lights, that would be an understatement. I walked in the door and knew at that moment that I didn’t make a mistake. The air was filled with the smell of wonderfulness. They were just getting ready to close, but they couldn’t of been any more accommodating. The owner greeted me as we chatted she told me this adorable story about how she and her business partner started the pie shop. She showed me some of the pies she had left and I chose a pumpkin pecan pie for my son to take home with him. As we continued to chat I mentioned I was from Florida. She said “Well then I guess you wouldn’t care for key lime pie since you’ve probably had the best.” I said..” Ahh I’m a connoisseur of key lime pie!” So she gave me a mini pie to try and I’m here to tell you it’s the REAL deal. Absolutely delicious! What an awesome experience that was! You HAVE to stop by and get yourself some PIE!

This is the place for peach pie! The flaky crumb top combine with four pounds (yes, pounds!) of peaches makes this treat special. Definitely check the website’s weekly menu as it changes with the season. Also recommend pre-ordering pie for pick-up as this is a popular place.

In the words of Homer Simpson, "mmmmm pie". My family's new rule of dining out is to never order items we can make this ourselves at home.I was skeptical when my husband suggested we come here for breakfast. Boy was I wrong! We had one of the pies of the day, which was a pie with various types of meats and cheese. I got the chicken pot pie and we got a whole apple pie for the road. the first thing you notice when you walk in are all the people making pie rolling out dough. the the cashier was knowledgeable and able to answer questions about a pie and its ingredients. The crust on all the pies are just unbelievable. We ate the apple pie several hours and it was unbelievably crunchy. The texture,the chew both create a pleasant sensation and the desire for more. The ingredients are high quality with a good use of fresh herbs for the savory pies. I look forward to coming back here. Mmm, pie.

Livin’ the Pie Life provided pies for my husband and my wedding and they were nothing short of incredible. Our family and friends are still talking about them. After a six-stop pie crawl across the DMV to find our favorite baker, they were the hands down favorite.

We ultimately ordered Apple Pie (Crumble Crust), Pecan, and Chocolate Chess. They were all delicious and the crust was AMAZING. On top of that, Wendy could not have been kinder or more helpful. Cannot wait to get back to try the cinnamon rolls that have been calling my name….

Had to find a new bakery after my previous go to for pies shut down. This place has not disappointed. Definitely recommend the maple cinnamon rolls, pecan pie, and banana pockets. Slowly working our way through the sweet and savory options. You really can't go wrong.

The individual size pies are a great option so that you can get an idea of the flavors without having to commit to a whole big one. The do sell out of items intermittently throughout the day so I definitely recommend pre-ordering if you have something specific in mind.

Such good baked goods! The pies are obviously amazing, and so are the other treats like the Lunch Lady Bars. And probably some of the best cinnamon rolls I’ve ever had. Plan ahead for busy holidays.

Pies and sweet treats (cookies & bars) are fresh, fattening, satisfying, & delicious.
Staff is friendly, store is clean, parking is limited.
Prices are steep, but ingredients are high quality and portions are large. Pie crust is perfection.

Superb experience! Great quiches! My go-to place for great quiches.

I took my kids there and they had their first quiche experience. They absolutely loved it and have even ventured out and tried the spinach quiche! We love coming here and eating at the place. It is small, so it does get tight.

Travelling from Australia - came across this delightful store by chance ! Saw the 'PIE' sign and had to stop. Very friendly staff and excellent products - planned on buying 1 pie, ended up getting 4 😂 Highly recommended.

Quaint and homegrown little pie shop. Never been so decided to try a few things:
- Blueberry Nectarine scone was AMAZING! Not too dry or sweet but just awesome taste. Almost like summer contained in a scone.
- Spinach quiche - was delicious but could use a little salt to top it off. Was still warm!
- Cherry pie that was to die for.

Will be returning to try out more!

Everything that comes from here is delicious! We especially love the chocolate chip cookies! The staff was very kind and helpful during our first visit. Definitely need to make a stop here if you are traveling in the area!

Love seeing them making the pie but it is time to expand. The pies are so good, they need to share more with the world. They need to deliver!

We dug in so fast there was no time for pictures! All were delicious, I can hardly wait to try a savory pie next time.

I recently checked out this bakery after seeing some stunning photos on Instagram. The treats looked absolutely amazing, and I just had to try them for myself. When I got there, I was helped out by Jill, who couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating if she tried.

It wasn't until later that I found out that Jill was actually responsible for the bakery's amazing Instagram photos. I was so impressed by her photography skills, and to find out that she was just as talented in person was such a treat.

Jill's service was top-notch, too. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to guide me through the bakery's offerings. Her recommendations were spot-on, and I was blown away by the banana pudding, chocolate chip cookie, and scone that I tried.

Overall, I'd definitely recommend checking out this bakery, especially if you're lucky enough to have Jill help you out. She's not only a talented photographer and caption creator, but also a friendly, knowledgeable, and amazing person all around. If you're looking for great treats and even better service, this is the place! Five stars and I will be back!

This place is just awesome! I got the pumpkin pie for my Thanksgiving gathering - and it was the best pumpkin pie I (we) have had. The staff here are also super fun and nice. Definitely know where I'm getting all of my baked goods from now on!

This place has so many "bests", it's hard to name them all. But the top for me - as a self described cookie freak - are the giant chocolate chip cookies. They are truly amazing!

We did a wedding in April with Livin the Pie Life and WOW each one was fabulous. The couple had 5 different flavors and they were just awesome. THANK YOU for giving our couple an awesome dessert bar.
